Streamyx with Fix IP cannot be access from outside

Problem description: Cannot access to the Fixed IP used to publish servers

Have anyone encounter this before? Actually i'm on System Integrator and I found few customer having problem that they can't access to their server after being publish to the internet. All the firewall port is configured propertly and it somehow does not work, I do have customer that having 2 fixed IP line and it happen to only 1 of the fixed IP line.

I thought streamyx was blocking port 25 only and now it seem they block all, strange thing is we can ping to the modem IP but not the IP for the firewall.
