In this 3 years I learn myself because my senior is a old guys which sit there to wait for retire, never provide any help to me. All i do is learn from the source code and google.<br /><br />After i understand whole program flow, I realize that this program is coded by ex-staff which is already resign 10 years ago. (ASP.NET web form). So i decided to learn ASP.Net MVC.<br /><br />Thank to my boss giving an opportunity to me to build a new web application for company, I manage to do it and and became Team Lead for this application.<br /><br />Even I manage to build any web application now, but i duno my ways of doing it is correct or not, as my senior in my company cannot give opinion/review on my code, and i guess he also cannot understand what is MVC also. I wish to go out explore how others Team Lead/Senior/anyone code/manage their application. <br /><br />Should I stay here?
