Hi everyone. I need your help. Yesterday my western digital my book external HDD suddenly cannot be detected. When i plug the HDD to power supply the light is on and i can hear the disk spinning (normally) but when connected to the laptop via usb, my laptop cannot detect it. Its not even appear in the disk management. Already tried to use usb different hub but still the same The HDD never fall or damage only sat on my table. I also noticed that the light on HDD turning on once i plug the power supply usually its only start turning on after i connect the usb to pc. Is it the HDD or motherboard or power supply problem? What can i do to recover the data? Thanks

https://pictr.com/images/2019/07/26/5aE1sg.md.png
