Potential road bully

Today get a experience how road bully is, when I was way back home, I'm at highway 3 lane (drive at left lane - slow driver lane) and then maybe I just beware he will suddenly drive into my lane from the next lane, I give a high beam lamp... give a signal because not slow down, then no longer after that suddenly he come in front of me just right beside on right lane and slow down same speed as what I drive... I feel like potential road bully.... maybe he saw got back at the back and just drive away else not sure what would happen.

Already take the video backup from dashcam just in case

Today area J Dupion and lido (Cheras area) where my cousin been follow by a WHITE HONDA CIVIC car numbered WB6920G all the way after lunch when walk back to campus. The road is a one-way street only, when a group of us notice the car, we tried to U-turn, the car also u-turned and we ran into the alley of a park, the car also followed until we reached the main road near Lido Residency around 2.40pm, close to 3pm. Not sure is intentionally or they are ehailing driver... Or maybe something?

Can I just lodge a report polis? Just in case.

I'm not Epic Asian, but TODAY, I gonna tell some story... Today I saw one guy at Decathlon USJ looks nut nut... and he sneak around the the physical training women zone there... And... I saw him like hide and seek/sneaking dunno what he want to do... but then... later I see him suddenly pick a women cloth and go to fitting room... he not see around but directly go inside fitting room! Quite shocking me... dunno what he do with the women cloth...

I think around 1 something close to 2 something... We are openminded but... you looks like doing bad bad thing....
