Trip to China

Donkeyy — Wed, 05 Feb 2020 09:32:50 +0800

Due to Coronavirus, I wish to cancel my trip to China on the coming April. But the agent refuse to. The agent actually only collected our deposit. Yesterday i called and she said the flight company (Airasia) do not allow the cancellation and if we insists to cancel now they will not going to refund for anything.

Airasia already have the notice as allow all flight cancellation to China until 29 Feb 2020 (free waived) and free date change as well.

What can i do to get back my deposit or to cancel the trip? Please help meeeeee

Can i contact Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs (KPDNKK) for help?
