old furniture disposal

hi,

i am doing some home spring cleaning..cleaning up, replacing some old furniture. however having issue with old furniture, lucky only have 1 tv rack left.

can any1 suggest how i can dispose this 180cm tv rack? tried unearth but for only 1 item they say not worth it for them to come collect

my son has an eczmea since he was 6 months old. it comes & goes sometime i am not sure the reason of it to flare up as i control what he ate
anyone can share tips to reduce eczmea flare up + good products you are using?
