Accenture or Huawei.. [Both Software Eng.]

As mentioned in the title, I have been offered the Software Engineer position in both companies. I am a fresh grad and for Accenture, I got Solutions, not the Consultation Workforce. I know they are both different fields, but I'm willing to branch out. I just want to listen from inputs of experienced people, whether or not they have worked before in these 2 companies.

I know they are both project-based companies in which staffs will be repositioned for some duration (as per required by the project) to other companies. Both companies also have their stress and are also famous for working OT, from what I read.

I am majoring in Telecommunications Eng, and I'm sure people would suggest me to take Huawei due to my major. However, I'd just like to know I'm making a great choice if these 2 were to be compared. Any inputs will be real nice. Thanks a whole lot!

I'm sorry if this is a bad post but it seems that I can't really find a topic that compares the two. Any inputs will be greatly appreciated!

Can you work as a fashion designer?

I have a friend who's in a dilemma whether or not to change college.

She's rather interested in doing fashion designing and sadly, MMU doesn't
offer this course. Among the degree courses offered by MMU are:

1) Digital media

2) Film & Animation

3) Media Innovation

4) Interface Design

5) Virtual Reality

She's thinking of going to another college which offers fashion designing as
its subject but she'd probably like it more in MMU as it has an active campus
life. So the question is, if you major in any of the 5 above, would you still have a
chance to work in the fashion designing industry? Thanks for the input.

[addedon]April 11, 2010, 1:14 am[/addedon]anyone?

Question regarding Steinberg Grand 2

Without a midi controller, when any of the piano keys in the software are clicked, aren't they supposed to sound or something?
Mine doesn't sound at all, or will it only work with a midi controller? Thanks a lot!

found out what's wrong. thanks anyway =)

MIDI controller keystation 61es

I'm planning to get the above keystation soon, as I'm mainly into pop music so 61 keys should be sufficient to me.

There are a few things which I'm still blur about, if I plugin to my PC directly with the ALC-888 onboard soundcard, will it be sufficient?
I've heard about the ASIO-compatible thing but I'm not really sure what does it do? Can someone clarify?
Lastly, any recommended good VSTi samplings? I'm thinking that the grand piano sound and probably strings would be enough.

Thanks in advance. =)

First of all, I'm not trying to flame certain types of engineers. Would really love to get some information on engineers as I'm still stucked with choices of the course I'm going to take up. Any information would be deeply appreciated.
