Problem with Kingston DDR-400 512mb

Hi guys, i owned two kingston DDR400 512 mb...
the problem is... now my pc only detect one of it...
the other one when i put in my pc it will beep..

1.Whats the problem?

2.Where i need to send it to? Cause i bought it at Perlis.Now im staying in PJ..
