Opinion on Aset Kayamas developer

Hi, I’m interested in one of Aset Kayamas’s project, The Harmony. I was very close to buying it until I saw a thread on Lowyat where people complained about the workmanship and leaking issue. So i hesitated if i should buy.

Spoke with the property agent they he assured me that their recent projects don’t have any major issues, but I want to get your opinions instead.

Anyone here has bought a property from this developer? Can you let me know how is the workmanship? I don’t want to pay so much for a property that i’ll regret in the future.

Hi everyone, I recently did some reno work for my house and I'm looking for a good cleaning service to help me take care of everything. Do you have any recommendation?

Have anyone of you tried them before, if so can suggest one that is good in service? Some of them seem pretty legit and the fee is not too high. I just don't want those that give half-past-six service.
