Hi to all sifus,

recently, i was thinking to upgrade my 2gb ddr2 value ram to 4gb right afterr the launch of Windows 7...haha..

but the problem is is my computer system will compatiple with the Kingston HyperX 1066 Ram 2gb x 2?

i search through google and found out some people using this board say it got some issues when 1066 ram, but due to i was newbie who just start to learn OC, theory-tically, so i can't even know what are those technical word they post...

the main concern now is any sifu here try before using 1066 without OC on this board ? or it must be OC to fully used the 1066 ram?

i came out the idea to buy 1066 is because the price is quite as same as those 800mhz...

i know there are a lot in the china and hong kong website, but i hope to buy in malaysia if can.

The LAPD, The FBI, and the CIA are all trying to prove that they are the best at apprehending criminals. The President decides to give them a test. He releases a rabbit into a forest and has each of them try to catch it.

The CIA goes in.
They place animal informants throughout the forest.
They question all plant and mineral witnesses.
After three months of extensive investigations they conclude that rabbits do not exist.

The FBI goes in.
After two weeks with no leads they burn the forest, filling everything in it, including the rabbit, and they make no apologies.
The rabbit had it coming.

The LAPD goes in.
They come out two hours later with a badly beaten raccoon.
The raccoon is yelling: "Okay! Okay! I'm a rabbit! I'm a rabbit!"

Hi all, as topic above, can anyone suggest me or share your notebook cooler review here?

i was planning to get a notebook cooler but there are really too many brand and model in the market, planning to buy cheap one but afraid of reliability issues...

Want to buy the expensive one but afraid it will not value for it performance...

so hopefully any sifu here can share you opinion wif me.

Have you called your ISP's helpline?: Called a lot of times from 4am (no one answer or cant even get in to their HELL LINE) my hp credit token for unanswered call = rm13.40

Personal equipment
Modem: Riger default (Streamyx in a box modem)
Router: Level one Wireless WBR6001
Firewall used: no

Problem details
First occurence of problem: Today 4.25 a.m

Problem frequency: No more frequency...dead...

Hi all sifu, today morning 4.25a.m like tat suddendly my connection disconnected and can't connect back due to :

- My modem link light blink slowly,like not dialing at all...normally it will be slow blink > Fast blink > link light on , but now it's totally slow blink only....

below is somes checking i'd done....
- No problem to my router.
- No problem for my PC....
- Not even minor noise in my phone line tone..

Question is, how i needa check my modem whether kaput or it's streamyx station got problem?
Cos the bloody streamyx helpline doesn't seem to help me...again...and ...again.

Please help me....thank you all !

USB mouse Problem, can't detect...

hi all, i just bought a Lexma M500 USB Mouse yesterday night, but here come the problem,

work at first, but fail after 10minutes when i try to scroll some images.
then, no matter how many time i restart and replug...fail.
just about thinking of RMA, i try it on my MAC computer, the mouse work.

but on my PC, not work!!!

anyone experience case like this?

Problem summarize :
- can't detect
- Not USB port problem (tested with other mouse, all port working)
- Not mouse problem ( tested with MAC, working)
- Was thinking it was OS driver problem....but driver can't be seen when i plug in this mouse.

I'm just about to step in to the world of OC, starting to learn for it, but as i know there are several stuff needed to be upgrade before OC for stability.

now my first to go is CPU cooler.

I'd read and surf through internet for a lot of benchmark and review and i found these 3 cooler done some nice job, especially Xigmatek HDT-s1283, but till now the only seller in LYN taking leave...and retail don't know where to buy also...

therefore i needa go for my 2nd choice, my budget is around RM250.

my rig is E6750 with CM690 casing.

because the place i rent doesn't had air-cond, so the surrounding temperature is around 30'C-34'C...

so i need you guys opinion who had used these cooler before gave me some suggestion.

thanks!!!because online review all are different , really hard to make a choice.....

ok...im here again but not to spam...

i've bought a new CM690 Casing yesterday, the outlook was gorgeous, fabulous, and it's really worth the money with side panel, good air flow design, good arrangement of cable knot, and guess wat, it's come with 3 cooler master fan, that's really worth the money far more than any other casing....just it quite heavy due to metal....

BUT

after i finish put in my every thing inside...

OMG!!!!!!

my ATX12V cable not long enough due to the PSU are now place at the bottom while my mobo ATX12V plug is high above!!!

no matter how hard i try, can't do it ,except i take off my graphic card....

So just wanna ask every sifu and expert here whether are there any ATX12V cable extender or splitter that can make it longer....not need much...i just need another 6cm like that only....

if not i gonna buy a new power supply d.....

hi everyone....

i really need help cos i just bought a new Chaintech 8800GT 512MB OC edition last saturday, and it just crash while playing games...not even 5 minutes i can stay inside the game..the sound loop and loop....but the screen just jam and everything hang.....

it's factory overclock at core 660mhz and memory 950mhz...i actually been using rivatuner to raised the speed of the fan to 100% and downclock it to 625 and 925 but the heat seem nothing change while it actually BROKE MY OWN RECORD ....or maybe yours too....while i play titan quest with everything high setting yesterday.....100'C......

it's normally will idle at 63' to 67' while full load....unimaginable... "NORMAL" is 90'......wat the xxx is happen to my GC?? wat for i buy a OC edition if i need to downclock it?

really need someone to give me opinion and help whether i should :
1 - RMA the GC
2 - Buy a new PSU
3 - buy a VGA cooler for it

or anyone had encounter problem like this and fix it...PLEASE HELP MEEEEEE.......

Hi everyone, i've some old part, but i just dont know how much should i sell, anyone please adviced me can?

Proc : P4 1.8Ghz 478 Northwood and another is P celeron 2.2Ghz (nt celeron D) both with hsf

Mobo : Gigabyte GA-8ir2003 Product Spec

Memory : 2 x 128mb , 1x256mb DDR Ram (forget whether it's PC2100 or PC3200 )

GC : MSI FX5200 128ddr product spec
(mine one is the GC without Fan but with Heatsink)

im just wanna get noe of the price before i sell it only...
