Adding a Third Storey, possible?

Hi guys, i'm staying in a compact double storey landed house at subang Jaya, with a land size of 16x45.

Its ok for now but i'm looking at the future and with only 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, it ain't enough for me to build a family when the time comes.

I was thinking about the possibility of building a Third Storey to it. So that i can have a build large room occupying the whole of the third storey, with a balcony. Is this even possible? If yes, what are the proper process of doing this (apply approval from MPSJ,submit plans etc). And most importantly, what will the rough estimation of the cost will be? This is so that i can consider if it is really worth it, my last option will be to sell off my current house and shift to a bigger house.

Vios Windscreen crack

Hey guys,

Last week after woke up from sleep, found out that there is a 7-8inch crack on my vios windscreen. Please help me to think of the best cost effective way to fix this.

I've used cele tape to stick on it to prevent dirt or further cracks expanding. I have read my MSIG insurance and seems like they got cover windscreen insurance.

Should i :-
1. Take it to DIY shop to repair like http://www.glassdoct.com/ which they've quoted me rm160 for it.
2. Buy DIY kit and repair it myself.
3. change windscreen?
4. Claim insurance for the windscreen? but will this minus my NCB and in a way will be more expensive when i renew my insurance july this year?

Any other better suggestions? i just want to repair the crack and make sure that it'll not crack any further.

Comparing 2 rows of data in excel

i got a question, lets say i got 2 rows of data in excel, row A have 1000 names and row B have 800 names, obviously row B have 200 lesser names, how can i compare these 2 row of datas and find out the missing 200 names and put it in like row C?

Just got my new vios one month ago, I'm planning to change the stock cd player to a 2-din dvd player with LCD monitor , do you think its recommended to do so because it will void the warranty , i'm not planning to change the speakers or add any amplifier yet though.

How to delay windows services by lets say 5 minute

I need to delay a certain window service to load slower by lets say 5 minutes, there are ways on internet to show how to set the dependencies to delay but it doesn't work in my case. What i need is to set it to automatic start after lets say 5 minutes after the windows startup.

Any idea how to do this?

I heard radio announcing a website that drivers can renew their driving license online using credit card payment. I heard something like ikea.gov.my.

They didn't spell it out, how the f*ck we gonna know how to spell it man.

Anyway i just found out that my license expired for about half a year liao, have to renew it ASAP, anyone know whats the website address?

"I was driving to work this morning when at the Jahangir Hospital signal I noticed an odd looking car 4-5 cars in front of me. It looked almost BMWish but was not a BMW. On closer inspection I noticed it had a red UP plate and no badges.

Intrigued, I tried to catch up but traffic is pretty heavy even at 8:30 AM. I finally managed to catch up with it at the RTO signal. I took a few I edged around it and the moment I saw the side profile I realized it was the new City.

By now the driver had realized I was taking pictures and gesticulated at me. I smiled and give him a �thumbs up� and mouthed �cool car�.

He started edging forward and I stayed alongside him, even though the light was red we soon found ourselves in the middle of the intersection. He took off before the light changed to green, I followed, he then dramatically slowed and came to a stop in front of the Indian Airlines office, I stopped as well. He then accelerated frantically, it took me a second or two to react but I raced after him, at the end of Sangam bridge he pulled a screeching u-turn (ok it wasn�t quite screeching, but it was very aggressive ) I duly followed.

As we approached the RTO signal he was in the right lane alongside the divider and I was alongside him, he tried to intimidate me by turning into me, but I held my ground and at one point my mirror was less than an inch from his door. The light was red so he had to stop; I managed to get in front of him and managed to click a couple of pictures.

At this point I decided to disengage, he was driving very aggressively and I figured it wasn�t worth getting into a confrontation."

Phone dropped in water for 10 minutes..

Hi guys...my phone dropped in toilet bowl for like 10 minute den only been picked up... I'm using a 7610..when i found the phone in the toilet bowl... I was like..Oh great...no wonder i heard a miss call like 10 minutes ago and i can't found my phone...

I'm having a bad week, broke up in relationship, my new car kena hit and run ( 2 side doors kemek) and today... my phone dropped in toilet bowl...

i'm very depress and i want to ask you guys whether is there anyway to save this phone...

When i found the phone in the toilet bowl, the phone battery and cover has already came off, means that when it dropped into toilet bowl that time the battery sudah terkeluar... and when i found the phone i straght bring it to blew with hairdryer...

This is what i want to ask:-
1. anyway to save this phone?
2. i shouldn't turn it on because it will cause shortcircuit? wait few days for it to dry up first?
3. any other advice would be greatly appreciated.
