Confusing on which school to choose(art stream)

I just graduated as a UEC student.
I want to study illustration but I am confusing which school to choose.
There is 3 choices:
First of all is TOA(the one academy)
The One academy have the courses that I want to study.but the bad is it only offers diploma programs,degree need to go overseas..and that will cost a BOMB.
the second choice is LUCT(lim kok wing)
this school has great campus while offer the course I need to.btw,it also offer scholarships(around 20% discount for school fees,as a result i only need to paid almost the same amount of money but can get a degree programs if compare to toa).but LUCT has a lot of bad news.I also knew a graduated student from there also.he didn't recommend me to go there.
the third choice is MMU
both luct and mmu has a benefit that is there are alot of foreign students there.MMU has great campus also,it has good reputation while quality education.but MMU didn offer the course I want.

My parents recommend me to get degree programs because it will be more beneficial for degree student compare to diploma student.
they recommend me to go for MMU and get a similar courses while after graduate change to illustration courses as a major for further studies..(is that possible)

so as a result.I need u guys opinion.which school should I choose,or any other options??
