Gaming Desktop under RM3.5k

Any suggestion for a gaming desktop that is under RM3.5k. i ask around some say fix my own one and some said source GPU and SSD from online second hand.

I open aiming just for a moderate gaming no need high spec and smooth running for work purpose with multiple multiple tabs running at once. any suggestion from sifu here

Anyone currently working in Lazada or Shopee can give an insight.

i got offer from both still looking to see which fit the best interm of culture and progression.

i heard lazada culture is really toxic in glass door or normal forum sharing and with the china chinese mentallty to squeeze you dry.
compare to shopee, shopee are also equally busy but for flexible interm of culture and their management group.

Recently i am going for interview for KAM at P&G, i have 2 years of experience being a Sales and account management.
Any suggestion how much to offer to P&G as i know their salary normally pay higher than others.

Hey guys i has just bought a bare unit and wanted to renovate i wanted to get a rough idea on a 2 rooms condo normally how much does it cose for a really basic renovation just to rent out the property?

I know it may difers when you buy different brands of utilities or furniture but lets say the really basic one. how much will it cost? i estimated around 10k for 2 rooms 600Sqr condo. would it be enough?

Hey guys i am looking for new job currently working as retails sales at agriculture sector, but want to convert to more on FMCG, F&B KAM job. Is it consider a new beginning as i am working as sales something like KAM job scope but more on retail not B2B?
Secondly can any kind brother or sisters can share with me how much salary should i offer to HR if they ever ask my range so that i know this industry average is how much. Thank you in advance for all the info and sharing?

First House to rent out calculation

Hey guys and sifus i am new to property and wanted to ask a few question

Firstly, I was wondering how does you guys calculate how much to rent our to breakeven the installment? Other than adding property cost + interest rate %?
Any other hidden cost i should add in?

Secondly, i have not bought any property and there is 2 suggestion after consulting many people
A)Buy RumanWip or RSKU as your first property way more cheaper than subsale and many other cost could be waive, stay inside and invest in property few years later.
B)Buy a 200k peroperty to invest and rent out than just go outside and look for houses to rent with my future wife for time being, until we plan we settle down with our job and plan to have baby

Any thoughts on these 2 suggestion, i do watch iherng on youtube to get some info but also hope could do brainstorm at Lowyat Forum.

Hey guys i know many have been seeing this type of topic just wanting to know what hotels apps are you guys using? Agoda, Booking.com, Hotels.
many said Agoda VIP discount is practically useless actually i just use agoda because of their points max and agoda cash each booking.

I realise booking.com does not have special cash things just now their price sometimes cheaper or similar to agoda. than i am not so familiar to Hotels.com.
i know that agoda and booking.com actually belong to the same company just different platform and marketing styles.

Anyone use Hotels and mine sharing? i notice Hotels have less choices

Huawei Mate 30

Recently i notice Huawei kept on giving dicsount and offer for their phones. i notice next offer is on august. and Mate30 is just RM1.9k quite cheap but without 5G.
What do you guys think of? is it worth, i guess 5G will be common maybe in 2021, so they are clearing those not 5G phones.

Mate30 can support Google if i am not wrong.

Hi sifus, i would like to ask if my saman is without picture as prove and they never send letter to my house only show on MYEG do i still need to pay?

During MCO period i clear all my saman because of 50% discount now suddendly myeg shows i got 2 saman never pay on Jan?I was wondering is it system problem? or i get frame by someone to pay the saman because this car is company load car.

Calculate Dividend

Sorry I am still new to stock market, I understand how to calculate Dividend Yield and DPS
But how do you calculate dividend yield witout annual Dividend?

Let say i got 2 interim Dividend and 1 special dividend how do i sum them up?
Do i sum up all 3 of them by adding all 3 dividend gain and divide by the share price to get the total dividend for all 3?

Secondly let say i want to know how much i earn from the share price when i bought so i just put in Dividend/ Share price wheni bought = Dividend yield i earn or lose compare to current share price.
