Delete or Rename Contact Listing Group/Category

This is what I'm using: Black Berry Bold 9780, Blackberry Desktop V6.0.0.285 (via PC)
I sync with BBDesktop using data from Outlook for Contacts, Calender and Notes.

Now during setting up for push email for 2 gmail and 2 yahoo accounts, I must have accidentally activated the wireless sync. As a result in my gmail all contacts from Outlook is copied there. No problem, I can surf (via PC) into gmail and delete there. I've since deactiviated the wireless sync option.

Now my problem is this.
In the BB Contacts there are 2 Contact Listings, which are named as my gmail address.
How do I delete the listing name?
I tried BBDesktop -> Device -> Delete Data -> Selected Data and check all 4 options that have the name Address Book, then click delete.

It does delete all address book entries except the group/category listing name (which doesnt have any entry).

When I sync back fr Outlook all my contacts are copied into the BB but they are all now listed as one of the gmail contact list.

How do I delete the 2 contact listing and leaving only one contact listing labelled as say "BB Contact" or "My contact"?
Any sifu can help?
Much appreciated.
Notebook Ram

Wife's company disposed of their "old" notebooks and staff could buy them. So we got the Compaq Evo N620c. The notebook has a 256Mb 266Mhz ram installed and 1 more slot free. I've downloaded the manual from HP website. The manual is dated Feb 2003. It doesn't say anything abt 333Mhz rams (maybe didn't exist then) only list various 266Mhz module part numbers.

My question is can I get a 1Gb of 333Mhz ram to go along with the 256Mb 266MHz? Or maybe get 2pcs of 1Gb 333Mhz? I understand that the new 333MHz would run "slower" at 266Mhz speed, but that's ok with me.
or are there any other options to upgrade the notebook's ram?

Many thanks.
Force Delete Stubborn Files

Need some help to delete some stubborn files. I'm running Win XP with service pack 2 update.
The 2 files are eps files, one abt 450Mb on the desktop and the other 1.67Gig in the My Documents folder.

Everytime get error saying something abt some user or program using the file and to shutdown the program. I've tried the following:-

1. Click on file and press delete key.
2. Drag and drop the file to Recycle Bin.
3. Can't drag & drop to empty folder
4. Created a small text file (zero k in size) and highlight both the offending file & text file but can't press delete key nor drag to Recycle Bin (same like 1. and 2. above)
5. Went into Start -> Programs -> Accessories and started Command Prompt but still cannot delete the 2 files from dos.
6. Tried using a photo editing program to open the file. Can open. Resized to smaller size (to get smaller file size) but cannot save to that particular file.
7. Also tried restarting in windows safe mode... no luck

I'm at my wits end.... anyone can help pls.

p/s Also have scanned for virus... nothing. Using AVG anti-virus program.
