Relocating to SG for new job - opinion pls

Hi guys, wish you can give some opinion

Current pay: RM6300.00
New offer: SGD7600.00
Industry: IT/Networking/Telecom
Years of exp: 5 yrs, currently 27 (single)

If accepting the new offer, I'll have to give up the bonus at current company (around ~ RM15-16k).
Do you think if this opportunity is worth it considering:-

1) The pay % - dollar-to-dollar, this is less than 20% hike. Understand it is SG though and more powerful currency, I'm not sure if this is a good bargain.
2) Expenses: SG rental is sky high now due to high demand. A very normal common room w/o attached bathroom far from city area could cost you SGD800-900 easily. But the other things like transport/meal should be cheaper than Malaysia since I do not have to pay for petrol and per meal at SG costs you between $3-4 (?) if makan at hawker center. Again dollar-to-dollar, SG can save more?
3) Long-term prospect: Looking at career advancement, do you think SG is better as in one can learn more and achieve more at work, and thus a boost to professional profile?

Another consideration point (although not very important) is how the 2 countries are heading - Malaysia seems to be driving backward without progressive planning for the country and high inflation. Big tech companies are setting up their HQ/operation at countries like SG/Vietnam/Indonesia instead of Malaysia.

Thank you for your time.
