Unifi home & Unifi bebas prepaid cannot get TM sms

Hello,

After change Maxis Hotlink 2G to 4G on March 2024(This old plan I keep not using data, so I not open access point name, no matter open 2G/4G situation), and I knew I unable receive TM monthly reminder sms for billing and after payment sms, others company sms I think can.

Now, TM only can re-input my phone number, but last month and this month I still not receive any from TM.
Maxis Hotlink open report and told me not blocking TM sms and others.

I go to TM self care postal and type the Unifi bebas prepaid number but unable get sms too.

May I know you have above experiences, how to solve?

When you receive TM boardband and Unifi bebas prepaid sms, can you kindly wrote here what is the TM short code will send to you?

For an example:
TM boardband sms short code
Monthly billing and after payment notification = 62100
100 report number =
100 survey =
promotion notification = 66555
anything else?

Hello,

My hotlink prepaid is mini sim 2g(t plan) and micro sim 3g(b plan), if I go to kiosk change the sim card, sim only upgrade to 4g, but still can use 2g and my old plan and all term and conditions still remain same?
Do you have this experience, after go to kiosk change sim for an example inactive period still same, *what# and their choose still there...., no need worry on it, just 2g or 3g upgrade to 4g only? Maybe not data plan still deduct very small money, but we unable see any amount is deduct situation. or better go to shop pay money ask cut sim?

If I have one smart phone, I already have one sim is 4g, then I put another 4g sim. My phone can get both is 4g? or one is 4g(data) and one auto jump to 2g(call)?
No matter how, both sim still can receive a call and sms?

I think one year++ spoil one 2g phone, I also don't know buy what, any can recommend 2g phone model can last longer and easy purchase original battery replacement?
So If I use one smart phone with 3 sim and approx. one year I will remove and change the sim approx. up to 8 times, do you have this experience phone will easy damage? or sim will easy damage? or both will easy damage? We cannot frequency remove the sim or micro sd?

Hello,

My situations
1.)my area not support unifi air.
2.)0-1 bar of LTE 4, sometime not steady, maybe will jump to 2-3 bars.
3.)Use mobile data download and upload speed ok, but sometime no connection, then back to connection, can load speed test.
4.)Use hotsport data maybe slow till unable load speed test.

Above modem like Tplink TL-MR100 is use mobile data or hotsport data to go internet?

Use above modem with my low signal area + if use hotsport data, speed will slow till 512kb or 1 mb and unable upload?

Any near my situation, have experience and test with Tplink TL-MR100?

Also,
Umobile with 3gb hotsport limit, after finished 3gb umobile hotsport? You still can use internet with TL-MR100? This is mean

TL-MR100 is use hotsport data with hotsport speed(slow speed)?

Have "tethering modem" work of "TM bebas sim"?

I unable use "smart phone with TM bebas unifi prepaid sim card" thru "hotspot" go to internet, but can use "smart phone with usb cable" thru "usb tethering function" connect computer go to internet.

My area maybe unable "tm unifi hospot", this also mean maybe unable "unifi air"?

So I possible purchase "tethering modem insert TM bebas unifi prepaid sim card" use "usb cable" or "lan cable" connect computer and go to internet?

The theory of "usb tethering function" is not use wifi and hotspot, so this "usb tethering function" like connect "lan cable" with "broadband connection" direct connect, that is why I unable use "hotspot" but can use "usb cable"?

Which "tethering modem" brand and model able connect computer and go to internet?
Purchase RM35 plan each month and plug above("tethering modem") also can unlimited internet?
"tethering modem" can choose connect computer thru wifi or broadband connection go to internet? This is mean "tethering modem" also can choose "wifi connect", so I able connect more devices?

No today only, start for day one unable use hotspot, what is fact?

IPV6 no internet access

setup control panel Power and so on, all in normal.

Home wifi can phone, but phone hotspot totally unable internet, not slow, mostly and always unable.

What going on? Can anyone help on this.

I also unable of Tmpoint and 100, they likely ask you install and uninstall apps only.

TM/Maxis/Digi/... Fiber ONU modem can plug and setup below modem (old streamyx modem)

TM Streamyx brand with D-Link DSL-2640B ADSL+ 2.4GHz 300 mbps
TP-LINK TP-W8951ND ADSL2+ Modem router 2.4GHz 150 mbps
TP-LINK TP-W8961ND ADSL2+ Modem router 2.4GHz 300 mbps
TP-LINK TP-8960N ADSL2+ Modem router 2.4GHz 300 mbps

then use Lan cable or wifi or both can make connection with 30mbps speed?

If go to gov or private take a vaccine,
and mysejahatera account register with email, but how to nurse or system recognizer this mysejahatera account and this person vaccinated,

if this person have mysejahatera apps but not sim card inside(mean not data), if nurse ask scan, still can scan it, but what will happen(nothing respond on the spot, just scan only)?
After back to home used smart phone connect with wifi will showed digital certificated later?

If this person don't have smart phone and mysejahatera apps, can website register mysejahatera account and told the nurse kindly showed digital certificated at this mysejahatera account?

This person need provide what info to nurse or system, for an example mysejahatera account user name and email address, this can make sure digital certificated will stick at above mysejahatera account?

If this person don't have mysejahatera apps, not register mysejahatera account, after this register mysejahatera account with email and have smart phone with mysejahatera apps and vaccinated will saw digital certificated?

When bank off, I inside bank building but go to ATM part only, at the same time customers in out, but there no staff and not provide

1.)book to record
(Door have QR, but phone is 2g or phone damaged or not data plan or prefer wrote.)

2.)temperature scanner
(I guess or if before go to other place know my laster temperature.)

OPPO phone use few years will not enough space?

I help ??? ask, the ??? phone is OPPO, ready use 1 or 2 years. What model I don't know, the price maybe RM 500-700. Maybe 32gb.

OPPO phone have life span or limit? Till what time will self dead/game over?

??? told me approx. OPPO built-in apps will increase the space/usage, so after few years, you only can throw this phone into bin.
When "touch" some apps can uninstall and some apps uninstall disappear, so unable reduce the space/usage then only can choice throw this phone into bin.
??? not storage any files, not take picture or camera, just browser youtube, googling and chat only, but usage/space will auto increasing day by day.

Sale person and OPPO service center staff told to ???, approx. like above context, if go to phone manager you saw the space/usage full or the phone "jam" unable use because this OPPO phone ready use till life span, then you need buy new phone, can't use anymore.

I use very old model phone and not OPPO.

May I know, now new situation is you purchase any smart phone, then few years you'll problem in not enough space, only can choice throw your phone into bin? This is mean few years you force to buy new phone again and again?

I help ??? ask and I interesting, may I know the "fixed lines" included TM state call like 03-xxxxxxxx

1.)If I call 03-xxxxxxxx, then this robot auto record voice ask me press "1" "select language", then press "2" "what kind service", then "Customer service staff start talk".
Maybe finally number look like 03-xxxxxxxx12
Above mean "Fixed lines with press extension telephone numbers - additional telephone wired to the same telephone line as another" this type call Digi will charge on your monthly bill or free of charge?

2.)If phone location in 06 state but call 03-xxxxxxxx with not extension line, then Digi will charge on your monthly bill or free of charge?

Ask PB fund Joint Account and Trust Nominee 2019

Who's have update above info in year 2019?

The Joint account apply need paid RM50, then cancel need paid RM 50 and if need apply paid again RM 50.
You cannot apply paid RM50 and then RM 50 for new apply to equal cancel?
No matter either one to sign, if first holder no go together with Second Holder, the Second Holder only can sale the fund, unable fund to fund transfer to second holder account.

The Trust Nominee apply need paid RM90, then revoke RM 10 stamp duty, no matter after revoke and add new name this is like new apply, you need paid again RM90.

PB now no allow take above form back home, if you really need filled in the branch only.
The weird is if want apply Joint Account, First Holder bring documents, no need bring Second Holder(Person), but how about the Second Holder signature, in new PB the Second Holder no need signature?
If you apply Trust Nominee, the beneficiaries no need attend, if not allow take form back home, only can filled in the branch. This act still normal.

The PB form now what problem till above? but in the PB website really can't find above form.

PB have 3 kind Joint Accounts.
a.)Only First Holder sign
b.)Either one to sign
c.)Both sign

What purpose of a.)Only First Holder sign? If only a.) signature, why want put Joint account?
If b.)Either one to sign, why first holder need go together with Second Holder if transfer fund? Sale charge need paid again and nav different if want buy back.
If First Holder not believe Second Holder should choice c.)Both sign.
So above purpose is want customer do a Trust Nominee? Pay more.
If Trust Nominee the beneficiaries can transfer fund to beneficiaries account or only can choice sale the fund?

Cause above situation, I consider sale all PB fund, but before this can someone here if experiences with above exchange info or double check?
I very sure new way not same like old day way.
