Motherboard stuck I'm endless bootloop

Hello Everyone.

My Board has been acting up recently, it'd power down after a few hours automatically. Initially I thought it was the power supply as it was old and I recently got a new GPU. So I bought a new one and it was fine for a few days. Then one day it stayed powering down and wouldn't turn on. I press the button, the fans spin for a split second, and turn off. If I left it for a few hours, it'd turn on. But die the next hour.

Yesterday, the computer died completely. It WILL NOT turn on. It did once but it was stuck on the backup Bios for a bit then died again. I thought something was overheating, So, i pulled everything and breadboarded it. It still wouldn't work. After I checked every component by touch, it was the LAN IC that was overheating, nothing else. All other ICs capacitors are intact.

I've tried every method to get this working and now I'm at my wit's end. So, if someone can help, I would really appreciate it.

My specs:
i7-2600
Coolermaster Hyper 103
Gigabyte Z77-D3H
Zotac 1060 6GB AMP+
12GB 4x3 1600MHz RAM
Samsung 860 Evo
2x 1TB and 1x 500GB 7.2k HDD.
Coolermaster MasterWatt 650 80+ Bronze

Got Stopped at a Roadblock, Got myself a "Saman"

So,
I'm an international Student in Malaysia with atleast 6 years of driving experience. Being in a new country I'm always looking out for laws and trying not to break them. Basically trying to be a law abiding resident.

It's the new semester and I'm finally out of the contract with the university that made me stay in Uni dorms and was moving out to my new beautiful apartment. I rented a car got get all my stuff moved form place A to B, had to make about 5 trips with and Axia. On my 4th trip, somehow a wild roadblock popped out and I was stopped.

Unable to show my International Driving license on the spot, I got myself what the officer called a "Saman" (Summon??). I don't mean to be rude but I didn't understand most of the stuff he said. But caught words "ringgit" and "Court". He took my Ikad and wrote stuff on a white paper that has dates on it for next month. Now, what kind of penalty I'm facing?

Call me stupid but honestly, I'm confused as heck.

Please help.

Help with warranty or fix GTX 1060 Amp!

Hi everyone,

I'm new to LYN and I just did my first purchase yesterday. a Zotac GTX 1060 amp!

The seller gave me a gpu which is apparently tested but when I got it via courier, the coolers few fins were bent. Upon more inspection I think there are signs of the card being opened. Plugged it in, no response from the card whatsoever. Doesn't even get detected.

The card is supposed to have Zotac Malaysia warranty. And supplier warranty. I never got any receipts with the card. And can't contact the seller.

I'm VERY new to the country and am losing my crap over the card. This is 550 from my savings I'm not gonna get back.

So the question is there anywhere else I can claim the warranty? Where should I go to?
