Is akass & associates really aeon credit debt collector? Can debt collector get discount to you?

Why aeon credit don't want to give statement of account? They only give total outstanding. Cannot check at aeon website, it said the account is hold.

I want to continue pay same amount monthly until end of term, but the debt collector keep on saying need to pay 1 large sum. Can believe or is it scam? Aeon Credit is not helping, even when email asking also kena ghosted by them.
