Recommendation for door specialist / contractor

Good day everybody.

Wish you guys can help me out on this matter.

In search of any door specialists or contractors that can assist me in getting a door up for my kitchen, preferably sliding and tough - can withstand relatively strong knocks or movements. Would appreciate advise on material and mechanism, am open to suggestions.

Would appreciate any form of suggestions (even if you know a good contractor who you think might be able to recommend a good "door architect" for this.

I just realize that this trend is growing very rapidly over here. People tend to practice silent treatment over proper communication in order to avoid further transaction(s). Let me give a scenario:-

Person ABC "tries" to sell a monitor.
I PM'ed him for a date / time for COD with a price offer. (17th March)
He agreed on the price and disclosed his COD location (his house), to test out the monitor.
I enthusiastically agreed and politely request for a date and time which of at his convenience so that we can complete this transaction.
No reply.
My handphone died, so I PM'ed him again asking if there's anything, he can PM or email me.
No reply.
PM'ed him again asking if this is happening and requested for a date and time which he is free.
No reply.

During all of these PMs, I've seen this person online maybe 3 - 4 times a day, yet there was no reply.

I personally believe that it's everybody's right to have to choose not to sell his / her product to anybody he / she desires, provided that it's not 100% confirmed. But the main event that sparked my curiosity is - Does it really too much to ask to reply and say NO and move on, instead of avoiding it entirely? I mean if you strictly focus on the communication part (let's not look at who booked first and what has been promised, etc.), I really wonder what could somebody achieve by keeping quiet and "hoping" things will solve by itself?

If you are in my shoes, what do you think I should do?
I might be getting a lot of "Ignore it and move on" - but how would you approach it if it happens all the time?

Details of the complaint :

Seller hardly answers PM.
NEVER answers call and SMS.

Flow of the story:-

Went to http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=2044049, requested for more info NEW BLACK TPU SKIN CASE BUMPER FOR APPLE IPHONE 3G 3GS. Seller says there is still stock available. I said good, requested for his recommendation for a durable iPhone 3GS casing.

Looked good, I chose the gray & black and confirmed final price, bank details and his full name.
Did an online transfer from my friend's EON bank to his EON / Hong Leong bank for the amount of RM30.
Hell begins
Transferred money on Thursday (20/10) 2pm. Assuming EON and Hong Leong bank have not been merged thoroughly and transaction for between these banks will be labeled as "Interbank", the duration should be no more than 2 business days - MAX.
I "assumed" it's a direct transfer - so it should be in instantly. So I PM'ed twice to the seller - no reply. I called and texted - no relpy, but finally the seller replied my PM saying "online transfer take at least two days to proceed~ i'll in4m u later~ please be patient.. anywy, i do not own eon bank~ "

Being such an unresponsive seller, yet he has have the nerve to be sarcastic about "not owning EON bank". Downright rude.
We exchanged few PMs, cleared things out. I told him that his actions of not replying PMs and leaving calls and SMS unanswered has made this transaction very fishy - he defended himself saying the merger between EON / Hong Leong is screwing things up.

My question to everybody - if you don't have time to even answer a customer's PM / phone call / SMS, why do you even consider selling online? What is a business without customer support?
Till Deepavali (26/10) the money was not in. Seller PM'ed me saying that...

Money still not in? It has been 3 business days, and money is still not in? Plus that day is Deepavali and he wanted to go to the bank and check? So good ah Hong Leong open during public holiday?

27th October - He finally agreed that the money is in and pushed the fault to the bank. To be fair, anybody here has the same experience with EON / Hong Leong Bank after they were merged? - About having the transferred money not registering in your account? Personally for a financial institution, this is a serious issue and I believe banks CANNOT AFFORD / DO NOT do this deliberately. This excuse is very fishy indeed.
I didn't want to argue further and just be happy that the money is "IN" and the fact that the seller acknowledged it.

3 WEEKS? What the ... What kind of customer service is this, even if I walk to his house and pick up the casing and walk back to my house, it wouldn't take 3 weeks?
From the message above, he promised to send the item the next day (today). I PM'ed / SMS'ed him for any tracking number, but no reply.

My conclusion
I'm not a inconsiderate and fussy buyer. I believe as a customer (a paid customer in this case) or any customer in fact, has the right to a good customer service, at least an answer or some kind of follow up. Your response can be slow, that's fine with me, but no response is downright crappy service. The fact that this happens for a RM30 worth of transaction, makes me wonder ...

Now this guy is not replying SMS and PM. My latest SMS to him is to request a face to face pickup, I don't think I want to wait for the postage to arrive. No reply. Let this be a warning for everybody out there to think twice before dealing with this seller.

But then again, let's see what he has to say ...
