I have a few questions regarding Menara Rajawali (beside inti college, subang, built in 2009.) The property in a high demand and crowded area, but from what I saw, the lowest selling price of that apartment keeps dropping. <br /><br />So the questions are:<br />Is &quot;leasehold&quot; the main reason for the value to drop?<br /><br />The leasehold property just built in 10 years, they still have 90years, why do they need to sell it fast?
