<title>what to do if found someone&amp;#39;s resume is fake?</title>
            <link>http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/887641</link>
<description>i came across someone&amp;#39;s resume. and was shocked to find out that what he wrote was fake. for example, he mentioned that he is first class degree holder, but he aint. he is a third class. he mentioned that he had &amp;gt; 5 yrs experience, but he is a fresh grad. i do not know how he can get through the company he is currently working. this is not acceptable as the gap of lies is huge&amp;#33; shockingly, he is working with a mnc company&amp;#33; and the best part is, he works as a manager (as a fresh grad). fyi, this person is OLD.. &lt;br /&gt;can someone advise what should i do? keep quiet? or let the HR know? if so, how do i do that?</description>
