Hi.

1) I am around 70kg, and 175cm. Am i over-weight or just nice?

2) I had a some visible ABS but not very visible. I would like to know, what supplement should i take to increase the muscle in my body. of cause i did hit the gym. like 2-3 times weekly.

Could anyone recommend me a cheap and good supplement and oso what diet should i take, for example two raw eggs every morning.
