Malaysia Pharmacy PRP Advices

GUYS please help me.
I am a recent pharmacy graduate from university overseas and firmly decided to come back to Malaysia because I badly wanted to do my training in the hospital. However, i only realised last month that I am not allowed to do training in the government hospitals because I do not have SPM Malay (I only have O levels Malay though because I studied in international school). They said they changed the rule last 2 year and I was so devastated.

Now what I am facing is that i can only apply PRP in private hospitals or the retail pharmacy. I tried applying to many private hospitals in every single state in Malaysia and noone replied me sadly.... so now, i had no choice but had to reconsider doing retail pharmacy as i still need to survive....

My questions are
-am i still able to work in hospital one day once i finish my PRP and FRP in retail setting?
-do you think doing PRP in retail pharmacist could help one to be a competent pharmacist? I am currently working in a pharmacy that has EXTREMELY few customers (i.e. average one customer per hour) and I felt i learnt nothing much. Would like to know how other people who did training in retail felt about their training experiences in retail settings.
-(to those who have special experience of medical mission) I wish that one day i could do short term medical mission as pharmacist in maybe less fortunate places, do you think being a retail pharmacist could help me to be competent enough for those stuff?

p.s. i am sorry if these questions are too stupid or what, i had noone to ask since i am a malaysian graduate from overseas. Thanks in advance to whoever willing to give me a piece of advice
