What is the pro and cons in using it in my PC

I read some comments that it will make a very loud sounds but just how loud are we talking about here?

I adopted a stray dog in February

This little fella eats a lot but never grow

I see my friend dog grow so much after only few months

I think is anjing kampung but don't know why still small
But I could be wrong tho, anybody know if this breed suppose to stay small?
