Im looking for draftman OR freelance architects to assist on drawing house extension for MBSA permit. The one contractors suggesting is ridiculously expensive

Even better if anyone can do the whole MBSA submission together.

Delay on delivery of VP by developer due to MCO

Hi Sifus

Need some advice here. Bought a double storey house from Setia, and after two years+ of construction, finally the house is completed. Received the 'Delivery of Vacant Possession' letter from developer end of May 21 and the staff informed me that they will call and make an appointment for key handover after bank released the final $$, which bank within few days.

However, MCO happened right after that (early June) and developer said they can't deliver until the MCO is lifted. And bank already start charging me for full loan repayment

My Q
- Can the developer deliver the key with current SOP (as of yesterday's updated SOP)?
- Are there any other developers delivering Key this time?
- How long can they delay this with current situation (I don't think Phase 2 of MCO happening anytime soon ). My worry is if this Phase going to prolong for a few months, will Setia use the same excuse to delay?
- Do I have to pay full repayment when I haven't got the key yet?

How do i tackle this situation?

Rebuild Old House - Advice

Planning to rebuild my parents old house (30 years old) in Shah Alam as it is in a bad shape right now. Need advice - is it possible to strip down terrace house and rebuild. I have seen some projects on facebook/insta (something like attached sample pics).

if YES:
- how much will it cost. is it doable with 70k-100k? with wet works+fittings?
- will MBSA allow to strip down as its a leasehold / intermediate terrace house?
- roughly how long will it take? 6 months?

property details:
- Shah Alam
- Double-storey terrace house (leasehold)
- Intermediate unit
- 840 sqft (14x60ft)

Need advice before speak to any contractors/id people if within the budget. Thanks in advance.

I just got my key for new house, planning to extend wet kitchen (roughly 8ft x 6ft - plus minus). Roughly how much will it come excluding cabinets. Just on construction work with finishing. Please PM me.
