Recently saw one poster, who wanna have fun time have sex with his girlfriend
And got her pregnant
So he requested gf to go for abortion.

To me, this TS who posted this, is really strawberry.
He has no medical grounds to say this is risking the gf health
He made decision on behalf of the unborn baby to kill the baby.
He is not suffering from famine, we are not in state of war.
So what if the baby come out not so rich?
Everyone suffers.

Those liberal people who defended abortion, don't seem to have a single shread of logic, to defend abortion. All I get is rants and irrational flaming with zero debate points from them.
Not even factors like giving away for adoption was considered.
Inb4 I kena flame by Liberal moron retarded people who claim:

1- One poster accuse me of stuffing my conservative values at them, as they have right for abortion. But I am saying what about the baby? the baby got no rights meh? just die like that ah? in the hands of his cruel sex maniac father ?

4- One joker tell me off, what about the boyfriend ? WHat abou the girlfriend? its not fair to them.

5- Now this one is the best and most legend and most topkek of all. One fella who claimed to have migrated to Australia and became a doctor supports this abortion. When I question him, he straight away insulted me and said I don't have the intelligence to understand the reasons he said for supporting abortion. But but, this low IQ fake doctor, has till now, never said a logical thing or argument point about defending abortion !!!!

He started insulting me, and wished my kids suffer under my care. What a whacko. He doesn't even know me, and he started to flame me and calling me a Zionist. I came out with my debate points - I am against murder and the unborn baby never even stood a chance to make decision to live or not, and the irresponsbible father who wants to have a mexy time with his itchy penis, wanna kill the beautiful baby already.

I seriously start to suspect that this guy is not a doctor. I have never met any doctor, who never gave a single scientific evidence to support their claims. I have 3 good doctor friends, a Gynae, a Physician and a Heart specialist. Each time, I challenge them on medical grounds, they will come out with very good medical debate points. but not this joker guy who claim to be a doctor, because he has said nothing but continue to insult me. So I knew he is fake from thereon.

I suppose he must have migrated to Australia as a banggla worker to escape his hatred of his parents and working with a pittance, since he so free to roam K. Hey to be fair, he assumed so many things about me, I can do the same too.

Baby wake up 3 am to be fed

I hv problem:-

1) Baby wake up at 3 am, crying
changed his soiled diapers with new one
fed him milk and burp him at 3:30 am
then pat backside baby to sleep, he slept at 3:50am
but he wake up at 4:00 am
walk around carry baby and pat him to sleep until 4:30 am
he close his eyes then slept
but he open eyes at 4:45 am again, crying loud
walk around and pat him to sleep again 5:15 am
he close his eyes thought he slept can hear him snore
but moment put him on baby court - he open eyes again
pat him again 5:30 am still no sleep

HELP SOS, ask wife to takeover.

So how to solve this problem ? He cannot sleep once awaken
but wife have magic power
because she has power of breast feed
can cause baby to sleep
I have no milk breast
also..I was thinking of using pacifier
but wife not encourage me, because the pacifier may cause nipple confusion when breast feed
for me, I rather have my sleep back !!!!!

and why god created baby to have micro stomach have to feed every 2 hours ???

If boss gave urgent work for you to do during the weekend but you can't focus because of baby need attention.

What would you do ?

a) I try to work out a rotation schedule with wife - every 2 hour we both rotate to take care of baby
b) among the baby attention - every time he hungry feed milk, change diaper, once a day bath, twice a day wipe body, carry and manja but not too much until he become reliant, put him to sleep.

But I have one big issue.

Wife insist to breast feed before he goes to sleep. But after breast feed, he cries.
I suspect he is still hungry, but argue with stubborn wife, because she is confident that she has fed him.
Ended up I try to put him to sleep and wasted my 1 hour. Everytime he fell asleep, he will wake up 20 min later.
I should have done what I shuld have done earlier - touch his lips to see if he was hungry
but I only realized when he started to bite his thumb through the mittens.

So my question is this:

1) Is it true usually after breast feed, the mum is unable to estimate if the baby is full or not ? whereas if use baby bottle to feed, we can see how much the baby drank, right ? So we will know if the baby stomach is full or not.

So is it better to feed by bottle before baby sleeps ?

2) Aside by taking turns and agree to take care of baby during weekend, any other way I can focus on my work ? I know it sounds cruel to leave a baby in a comfy baby chair hopefully for 30 min, if he doesn't cry. I need at least 30 min straight to focus on my work then I can give him attention for another 10 min. Rinse and repeat.

I notice when he is awake, if he sees me working, he will cry.

You guys know any tactics or tricks if you encounter urgent work ?

3) Suggestion to pass to parents if you are busy is out of question because I want my parents to have weekend rest, as they already taken care of baby in the weekday while I am at work.

Also I am poorfag can't afford maid

I also have distrust towards baby care. After all this is a 0-3 month baby, still very fragile.

Me and wife just made a big mistake

we tried to cut our baby nail.

instead cut his hand and bled. he cried, poor baby, hug and calm him until he ok now.

We use a special baby nail clipper.

But does any of you know any other way to cut baby nail ?

their hand is sooo tiny, I scared now to cut, but his nails are getting too long like wolverine.

Here is the story:-

Department reports to Boss Bob.

Boss Bob & Boss Marla reports to Big Boss Carl.

Department has 3 managers: Manager 1, Manager 2 and Manager SheBitch.

SheBitch likes to get credibility by stepping on others and tai chi work claiming its not her work.

So one day the department is undergoing transformation, but SheBitch section has to take all the transformation changes. SheBitch tries to tai chi to Manager 1 and Manager 2, but failed.

Boss Bob not accept SheBitch tai chi methods, and gave her time line and KPI to complete the transformation project.

But SheBitch, being lazy and she think she can't achieve the KPI, so went to Boss Marla and ask her for help. Boss Marla wants to leverage on SheBitch deep knowledge of the transformation and know can use her for her gain and promotion. So Boss Marla went to make a pitch to Big Boss Carl. Big Boss Carl being just new to the company, thought it is a great idea to have SheBitch to transfer to Boss Marla department.

So Big Boss Carl told Boss Bob, that he wants SheBitch to be transferred and report directly to Boss Marla.

Boss Bob no protest and accepted just like that because big boss Carl say so. Big Boss Carl just blindy follow sweat talk from Boss Marla and one side of the story.

So where the transformation project went to ? Went to Manager 1 and Manager 2 whom both already overworked with so many projects.
Now Manager 1 and Manager 2 are pissed with Boss Bob, because they have to work during the weekends, while SheBitch can enjoy go back home and spend time with her dildo.

So guys, what do you think of this situation ?

1) If you are Manager 1 and Manager 2, would you be pissed at Boss Bob because he didn't want to speak up to Big Boss Carla and reject the transfer request ?
2) Do you think this kind of shit happens often in a company ? Why someone like SheBitch can so easily slither her way out of a tough assignment and successfully pass her shit to manager 1 and manager 2 ?
3) Would you tender resignation if you are in the shoes of Manager 1 and 2 ?

Every week the resident chairman always bring up want to spend money to get new contractor fix this and that.

Sometime I see they can spend up to 30k to put in some new hoola into the property.

I challenge them and ask them if this is needed, silence. They all like prefer to play politic and secretly want to get their gang to vote approve, while the silent majority just bodoh bodoh not bothered.

I requested for tender and a different committee to evaluate tender of contractors, again I am ignored.

I do this because I want SOP in place because nowadays I see in newspaper & internet news about people not bother to bid for contractor, instead they get their own contractor and receive kickbacks in place of commission or benefit in kind. Not saying that the resident committee would do this, but there is high risk if internal controls are weak, somebody can abuse the system.

I also wonder what is their motivation work so hard to fix this and that at the condo, after all they don't get paid a cent and they spend a lot of their spare time to contribute to the condo population. Sometime perhaps its due to civic consciousness and willingness to help. But when I see them so gunho to spend money to renovate this and that, I begin to become suspicious.

So dear K, for those who live in condo, have you face this b4 ? any solution ?

I notice these days the main door required by bomba must be fire resistance, but whenever you open or close the door, it slams and so noisy.
sometime can hear neighbor slam the door in middle of night 3 am or those crazy idiots who like to wake up early at 5 am slam the door.
Really nuisance.

And our stupid developers can't even spend a decent RM 5 per door, to put rubber absorbers to cut down the sound.

This is why I prefer to buy Sub Sale. At least I get to see the condo condition first before decide.

Problem with downstair neighbor

I miss those old condo, whereby condo no need to install those big heavy fire resistance door.

But this condo has this stupid noisy door.

But it so happens I have a downstair blady neighbor, that likes to smash the door hard. Can hear like a loud thunder in middle of the night.
They are tenants living downstairs.
I have complain to Maintenance Office many times, but they say their hands are tied.
So I requested to have their door closer repaired
Maintenance Office came to repair a couple of times, but the door still slam.
I went downstair once in middle of night and waited for that asshole to come out.
the asshole came out, and slam. I notice that the asshole use brute force to close the door rather than allow the door closer to close the door.
I also ask to change the door closer.
but the cheapskate owner does not want to change the door closer.
because he has to take it out from his own pocket.

I know some of you may request retaliation since I stay upstairs.
But I got kids in the house.
and those living below are single old aunties who have no heart for kids because they are virgin assholes who are jealous of people with kids. Sorry I don't mean all aunties hates kids but these do, because after so many complains they still slam the door and not bother about the welfare of my kids.

We work for a MNC food company dealing with fast moving goods dealing with project management work.

My dept consist of 2 dept:

Dept A - the grunts.

Dept B- the mid level people, we were formed out of Dept A by Boss A.

I am in Dept B.

We report to Boss A and Boss B. Boss A > Boss B.

Both Boss A & B ultimately reports to Super Boss C.

Boss A is a western boss, he is here for 2 years, he is tough on targets but at the same time he has very good EQ, he cares about his employees, he even eats out with us. he is so humble. He has very good skills at the job, we learn a lot from him. His organizational skills and leadership skills are great. Boss A believes in job exposure and give us a lot of great assignments and guidance to do. We really felt empowered.
But his 2 year contract is ending soon.

Boss B . When he talks to us, he talks down to us. He shows double standard by being nice to Dept A because he needs them. He keeps info away from Dept B because he wants us to remain stupid so that he has all the ultimate knowledge. He doesn't believe in empowerment. He gives us the grunt work while all the powerful knowledge he keeps to himself so that top management will know he is the performer.

Can't even talk to him, on work level, without him saying something sarcastic and below the belt back at you. Nobody dares to challenge boss B as he will do those stuff at you in the background (not want to mention here). Originally Boss B was the boss of the whole dept, but the co got tired of his slow response and complains from other departments, that they brought in Boss A. Under Boss B was very messy, as he always like to throw us last minute in the middle of a project, without head or tail. Boss B don't believe in providing any leadership or guidance as he don't like to spoon feed us. But when you lead a project, don't just throw your staff there with no background head or tail or even direction at all ??? He just tell you what to do and his motto is "just do it", no questions ask, if got issue, you cascade up to him, he get more mad at you, but if you quiet don't say anything try to solve the issue yourself, he also get mad at you because you didn't tell him. He keeps changing the project every half a mili second, it just seems he doesn't know what he wants to do.

So now, its into the 2nd year for Boss A. We in Dept B now very worried if Boss B takes over. We know our training budget would be cut to zero. And Boss B would put us in the cold storage.

Should we write a secret anonymous email letter to Super Boss C, tell him, how we need Boss A for another extra one year? Actually when Boss A stepped in, he made a lot of changes and we we were very delighted to have him. Not to say it is easy to work under Boss A, he is tough too, he can scold but he doesn't do it out of personal vendetta, he does it because he want to achieve target and when he know he overboard, he knows when to cool down, and give us a pat on the shoulder.

Plan to write letter to Super Boss C:
Is not to say bad thing about Boss B. It is only to inform him that we need Boss A as he made a lot of changes in setting up Dept B, and if he leaves, there is no one else qualified to takeover.
So Sifus, what is your advise ?

PERKEMBANGAN muzik dangdut di Indonesia ternyata cukup rancak. Malah, setiap tahun pasti dianjurkan pertandingan pencarian bakat penyanyi dangdut.

Kini, antara nama penyanyi dangdut yang begitu popular dan mendapat tempat di hati kebanyakan penggemar di negara jiran ialah Via Vallen.

Apatah lagi, Via, 29, sampai sekarang masih belum ada kekasih dan selesa hidup solo. Namun, ramai lelaki tertarik untuk memilikinya.

Muncul sebagai tetamu program Rumpi No Secret yang dihoskan Feni Rose, Via berkongsi dirinya pernah menerima pinangan daripada seseorang.

"Baru-baru ini, ada lelaki datang ke rumah saya membawa keluarganya untuk meminang. Namun, saya tidak pernah mengenali dia.

Berkongsi juga pandangan jika adiknya yang bernikah dan naik pelamin lebih awal, Via berkata dia tidak ada masalah untuk menerimanya.

"Saya okey saja jika adik yang bernikah dulu. Saya anggap itu jodohnya (adik) dan usah ditolak. Jika mereka dah sama-sama suka, terima dan uruskan.

"Jodoh adalah ketentuan Allah. Sebagai hamba-Nya, saya akur suratan takdir dengan reda dan lapang dada. Saya yakin pasti ada yang terbaik," katanya.

Menurut Via, dia lebih suka positif. Baginya, hidup solo kini memberi peluang untuk dia memberi fokus pada kerjaya seni diceburi sejak 2005 lalu.

I got one job could not get confirm because employers is a jerk, lots of politics.

But that was like 5 years ago, and 2 jobs ago. So long ago also they penalize me. Ridiculous.

And so I go apply job, each time I apply, they ask me about why I lasted 6 months only, I came out all sorts of story, job not suitable, bla bla bla.

Then they say thank you, if you are accepted or shortlisted we will call you. Never heard from them after that.

Then I decided to cut off this job experience from my resume, bang, suddenly I got 5 back to back job offers.

I mean, how ridiculously stupid is HR ??? they penalize people for honesty, and then when people cut it off, they see oh this dude is potential.

Not just that, they like to lowball. They ask for range, I give them, and they take the lowest minimum. Mind as well give one figure.

Another stupid HR. Last time I came for interview...then they say your job experience not very suitable, I scolded them for wasting my time and not professional to read my CV before asking me to attend their interview.

lucky still got confinement lady help for 28 days

after this how ?
I think I plan to ask isteri to go to mother in law house for another 1 month to help take care baby

but after her maternity over
I think I will have sleepless night

baby don't sleep much
tend to cry a lot
after 2 months, I heard have to feed 3.5 hour interval
when we stop doing this ?
also I learn a trick to help baby sleep fast, rub the ears and he eventually close his eyes
but he will wake up another 30 min later and start crying

rinse and repeat

any idea how to make a baby sleep longer ?
daytime no issue, as I will drop baby off to parents to take care
but at night how leh ?
I got meetings in office, don't want to fall asleep
last time one director fell asleep in meeting, my CEO sack him.

Iphone change battery request at XXXX

Today I had the most wasting time experience.

My iPhone overheated and HP start to mogok don't want to activate.
So I foolishly went back to IMachines.
I asked them how long it take to diagnose.
They tell me to leave my hp with them for 3-7 days.

I tell them my kid is in ICU, I need my hp very badly.
If anything urgent happen, hospital can call me.
They say they just following SOP.
Then I suggested, at least can or not, just change my battery ?
They reply and say still have to leave with them for 3-7 days.

How can I take leave my hp with my banking apps, personal info and pics and watsapp messages with them for 3-7 days ???
Come on...

So I went to lowyat
They tried to change the battery but realized that it was the motherboard overheated
That only took 15 min.
Confirm.
So I decided to change and buy Samseng phone
Problem solved
No need to wait 3-7 days and risk my personal info being exposed

Hope you all iPhone owners don't have to undergo my experience.

Decided to pump some air into the tyres. Suddenly tire pressure rose to 3.3 !!!! TPMS alarm started ringing for overpressure.

TPMS gave warning overpressure.

So released some air, put my key into the pressure point and press to release air, just estimate for some time then, start engine, tire pressure still at overpressure. I figure TPMS can't measure until the car started moving.
Thus, had no choice but to drive away from petrol station.
Dang, mana tau, suddenly show all the tire underpressure at 2.0 !!!! TPMS alarm ring for under pressure.
Go to the next petrol station, pump again....I waited 4-5 pumps.
Then drove the car again so that the TPMS can put more correct measure.
This time up to 2.8-3.0 ok already.

Guys, how to get the measurement right first time, for X70 TPMS ?

Condo infested by Ants

I have this annoying situation. I have to grow my food garbage during the day, else the ants will crawl all over.
I can't even leave food out for 5 min wihout the sugar ants come and crawl all over.
During the night I can see ants crawling on the wall.
If we accidentally left any food out, the ants would massacre the food.
There was a time we left clean tissues in the drawer, the ants made it into a nest.
I had enough when I saw ants started crawling on my baby's chair and wanted to make a nest in it.
I want to call Pesticide co to come to do some monthly spraying.
But my wife is pregnant.
Is it safe to do so ?

By the way, my whole condo is infested by ants, some residents have already resorted to calling their own pesticide co.
The condo pesticide co that spray in common areas, don't seem to be working.
