Is UTAR campus in Sungai Long going to close?

I heard many years back that the campus will be closed once the Kampar campus is fully operational, but this was many years ago. Any chance that they will close it down? I plan to start a sublet business there to rent out to students so want to find out whether this is something to be concerned about.

These are powered speakers and quite sturdily built using MDF wood.

These are not plastic computer speakers. Sound quality is very good for the low price. These speakers are one of the reasons why Edifier is so popular today for high quality PC speakers.

Take note that these are used speakers and cosmetically there are blemishes and warping of the vinyl cover due to age. So these are not suitable for fussy buyers. Overall they look very good for their age and have been well taken care of.

High-end PSU Repair

I have a high end PSU EVGA Supernova T2 1000watts which I bought used from someone at Garage Sales less than a year ago. No receipts and no warranty.
It recently failed with sparks inside the PSU everytime its switched on and trips the circuit breaker in the mains. Tried multiple times and still trips with some slight burning smell.
I suspect that some components have failed and burnt. I'm looking for someone to repair it if possible since it seems to be a waste to just throw it away. May keep as back-up unit only after repair though.

Does anyone have any ideas where to find someone with skills to repair PSU?
