Job Requirements:
Minimum STPM/Diploma or Degree in IT and familiar with System Development Life Cycle (SLDC) process.

Familiar with Wintel, AS400 and Unix Operating System will be added advantage.
Knowledge in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) will be advantageous.
Able to work effectively in a team environment.

HTPC to HTIB

Hi all,

Just got myself a Sammy L530 now planning to get a budget HTIB from Samsung (not too sure abt the model, as i recall correctly it has a pair of standing front and DVD player)
As this HTIB will be a gift from my fren, so do not want to choose those high end and expensive models. just decent and affordable will do.

However, this unit only have RCA in (analog) and Optical in (digital)

i am not sure how am i going to connect this 3 devices together for multiple channel. Most of the time will be watching from HTPC (90%) Astro (10%)

HTPC - HDMI out, normal audio jack (i have a philips psc805 USB soundcard which have optical out)
TV - HDMI in, Optical out
HTIB - HDMI out, RCA in, Optical in

can I connect like this?

HTPC ---- HDMI (audio & video) ----------TV (video) -------- optical ----------- HTIB (audio)

or

HTPC ---- HDMI (video only)

Extra Astro Dish & Decoder

Hi all

my friend (an expat) came to Malaysia to work and now return to Ireland.
He subsribed Astro when he's working here and he unsubscribe it before he's back (all bill paid)

However, no one took back the dish and decoder from him.
He gave me both dish and decoder.

What can i do with this 2 device? (non-Beyond)

Can i install it at my new house and use my current smart card? (my smart card is normal package non Beyond as well)

Confirmation without black and white

Hi all HR guru,

I am working in this company which requires 6 months of probation and I've just passed the 6 months mark few days ago and the company HR system just sent a email that my employment is confirmed and congrat me etc etc. I did not sign any documents like acceptance of confirmation and no HR personnel contacted me.

However, I am thinking to leave the company because i don't feel like working for them anymore, and what's more is after confirmation, i need to undergo 3 months notice period upon resignation.

Would like to ask, is the email legally binding? I can always argue that i din check the email (because i am using 2 email account, the address they sent, i really seldom check)

Stuck at Mobo Logo Screen

yesterday was quite free so decide to do a spring cleanup for my PC.

after the cleaning and install the necessary parts back
booted up and it got stuck at motherboard logo screen

got the "Press DEL for BIOS" thingy, pressed but no response

rebooted and then press the clear CMOS button
now this time prompt the press F1 for BIOS config and press F2 to load default values

today morning got the same error again
what's the possible cause?

windows running good as usual, no problem.

xfx geforce 8200

wd black + wd green
