I noticed that our vaccination rate seem to be slowing down. Is the site giving a correct number?

Looking at the statistic, we can reach herd immunity in 55 days. Does that mean can open up already or still duduk rumah diam diam? I found the data in https://covidvax.live/location/mys but dunno if real or not.

I recently scan the Covid-19 Vaccination Digital Certificate. It took me to vxcert.moh.gov.my with the message "Invalid Authentication Code". Is it just mine or is everyone else also facing the same?
