Which Path Should I Pursue?

Greetings to all sifu and OTAI of lowyat,

I'm 25, came from a below average family and currently had a monthly income of 5.5k.

My families constantly urge me to buy property now as they deemed it as good investment.
I do not wish to be a paid worker for the entire life as I had always wanted to venture into business. Problem is that, I only had 50k cash in hand which is not even enough to start a business. But I do know that once I purchase a property, my monthly commitment will increased hence hindering me from saving up modals for business.

Appreciate if any senior here share your advice and valuable experience on how to start up and become successful in life. Should I invest in property now? Should I save up for few more years and start my own business? What kind of business I could look into?

I'm open to all advise and criticism. Thank you
