Problem is that, I only had 50k cash in hand which is not even enough to start a business. But I do know that once I purchase a property, my monthly commitment will increased hence hindering me from saving up modals for business.<br /><br />Appreciate if any senior here share your advice and valuable experience on how to start up and become successful in life. Should I invest in property now? Should I save up for few more years and start my own business? What kind of business I could look into?<br /><br />I&#39;m open to all advise and criticism.
