Let's say after 6 months, if my company didn't reinstate me, I still cuti tanpa gaji
So, I pun tender 2 months notis...so in this 2 months notis, no gaji but I still need to wait 2 months?

Die of hunger loh like that, still need wait 2 months before I can legitly go to other job.

Suppose I got 2 credit cards from 2 different banks.
1 is CIMB
1 is Maybank

Every month let's say I need to use RM900 as expense...
I do hold a job...

Let's say for April, I withdraw cash advance RM900 from CIMB
Fee is 5% = RM45
Interest is 18% = RM13.5
Total for April I my expenses = RM45 + RM13.5 = RM58.5

Approaching end of April, I keluarkan cash advance RM900 from Maybank to pay CIMB
Fee is 5% = RM45
Interest is 18% = RM13.5
Total for April I my expenses = RM45 + RM13.5 = RM58.5

Approaching end of May, I keluarkan cash advance RM900 from CIMB to pay Maybank
Fee is 5% = RM45
Interest is 18% = RM13.5
Total for April I my expenses = RM45 + RM13.5 = RM58.5

So, EVERY MONTH, MY REAL EXPENSES is RM58.5 only, but I get to use RM900 all from credit cards

I IT Support guy in a hotel.
Today HR served me a notis cuti tanpa gaji effective today until makluman seterusnya...
Get RM600 per month from ERP EIS
Dulu I gaji RM3000
RM2400 burnt
I always want to buy a new handphone also tak sanggup
Now hilang RM2400
Technically I am not paid anymore by the hotel but paid by government SOCSO now
So, means I tak pay support them anything anymore lah

What should I do? Can I seek a new employment with this notis effective...

Since all guests should check out by now already, and no new guest can check in...
So, our hotels should be empty now...

Since government say it's essential services, our HR and management still requires us to come to work...
HR say if u want to cuti can, potong AL then if AL not enough potong unpaid leave since technically hotel is required to work, so rules as usual...

I very scared to go work, hope everyone is virus free...need to wear mask even though it's not recommended to wear by KKM and WHO

Ok, so I work in a hotel. Until today which is 31st already, boss and HR is unsure whether we should come to work from 1st April until 14th April 2020.
I keep on whatsapp boss and HR manager but they don't want to reply.
So, irresponsible because didn't inform employees anything...

But for the new phase which is 1st April until 14th April, do HR need to issue a new letter, or can use the old letter...but this time around not sure whether boss wants us to come work or stay at home

I have a question to people in /k/
Do you constantly try to be better and better in your life?
I am just a IT Support guy, doing Infra support...
But deep down inside I always want to be better which is knowing more things related to IT which is software programming

But there's a voice telling me things as following:
No need learn programming lah, just be IT Support forever

Programming is another field as in medical fields that have lots of different branches (pediatric, orthopedic, surgeon, optometrist) do you agree? Although all are doctors but they specialize in their special fields only that's why no need learn programming...

Those malay girls also lives a simple life as in account assistant, account executive forever, no need learn like a freak which has no life

Life is short, now 30 years old, then 40, then 50, how many times do you have to keep on learning instead of live a life...
