Internet speed & ping test

Hi sifus, I have this question about internet latency on my both wifi router and asking for a possible solution.
I stream on discord sometimes, but found that on the viewer's side, the stream is stutter occasionally. Is that internet latency affecting the stream's stability? I use my laptop in 2nd floor. Pulling cable to 2nd floor may not be the possible solution for now.

Tested with Unifi 300Mbps plan & wifi 5ghz:
(Left pic) 1st floor, main router, Tplink ac1200 provided by tm, with its satisfied internet speed but high ping on Upload.

(Right pic) 2nd floor, tenda ac2100 with repeater mode connected to tplink ac1200, still able to get 100Mbps+/- but higher ping.

Ceiling leakage

So my ceiling is leaking when it was raining everytime, i'm going to inspect in the ceiling for leakage, few water marks on the wall as shown in the photo.

But i can't sure if it is safe to step on it, also no idea what material is it.

Hi, really need some advices here, moved from serious kopitiam

Long story short, immediate double storey house underground pipe leaking. Going to reroute new expose pipe from meter to tangki & kitchen.

- how to deal with ugliness of the black pipe expose on house exterior?
- has a kind person suggests by using PVC trunking/covered with bigger PVC pipe
- i don't want it like hanging a pipe on the roof but well fixed with U clip along the wall

Water meter run so fast, even though all faucet is closed, switch from meter to tangki is off. No obvious watermark or leakage is seen, suspect leakage underground. Looking for plumber verified from SPAN now.

Boot longer after added RAM

Today i added an extra new ram into my laptop, first time for this Lenovo laptop.

After all is done, i turn on the laptop, screen no picture yet keyboard light up for about 10sec+ before Lenovo logo appeared, which usually fast like 2sec.

Is this normal for first time boot after added new ram?

Suppliers quote me about RM1200-1300 for 20ft. Add another rm1k if stainless steel. Charges including dismantle and install new gutter.
