Pendrive IO Problem

I got one Kingston Pendrive but having IO Problem cos the IO Chipset Burn when i unplug from my computer, but i think that the Memory Chip is still ok, is there any way to recover the data with the memory chip ? Or any DIY way of doin it ? cos i already recover the data from my hard drive when i cut and paste to my pendrive. But still got some minor important file cannot recover T.T

Just a reminder !!! NEVER CUT AND PASTE AN IMPORTANT FILE T.T

i have one billion single slot modem router and i attach it to a 16 port switch
out of the 16 port i pull 1 cable to another location and plug in to a belkin wireless router

here is the configuration
my billion router ip 192.168.1.254
DHCP on

the cable is plug in to my belkin WAN port
and my WAN ip address is 192.168.1.253
WAN DNS server ip is 192.168.1.254
ip address is 192.168.2.1
DHCP on

so my pc tat connected to the belkin router get ip is 192.168.2.x
and i get connected to internet

problem is i cant get communicate between my 2 network which 1 is 192.168.1.x and 1 is 192.168.2.x

i try to set my belkin router ip to 192.168.1.x but i cant ping it

I have the problem as state on my title, i donno why it keep pop up that dialog in any time when i using my computer and it will stop my internet connection only and i have to restart my computer again to connect to internet again........
any one have solution for this ??
