Needed a AIO printer for personal use.

I needed a AIO printer for occasionaly printing and copying. the usage probably max out 10-20 times per year.

Can be inkjet or laser pirnter. Sometimes I wont be using it for months.

The prints sometimes for return parcel labels or claim warranty parcels labels from online shopping.

Also help me on this too.

USB 3.1/3.0/2.0 flash drive for windows xp

I needed some flash drives for backup and troublehooting for windows xp system. Need driverless windows xp plug and play flash drive.

Does the current flash drive USB 3.1/3.0/2.0 works on windows xp system?

What brand and models, need a faster flash drive if possible.

Firefox cannot access lowyat.net and pictr.com

This problem only occur for lowyat.net and pictr.com if using fifefox version 47 and below.

Images for pictr.com also not showing up in threads or posts.

Any solution or setting need to change in this particular firefox version to solve this problem?

This firefox version doesnt crash on legacy system I'm running, newer versions crashed too many times until hdd breaking down. Getting a new hdd soon. but I want to solve this problem too.

Not going to get a SSD since have legacy software dont work on 4k alignment. unless SSD can run fine without any 4k alignment.

Asking in this section cause its related to lowyat websites. Lowyat forum access fine using firefox 47 except images using pictr.com not showing out.

Replacement advise needed

Currently looking for replacement parts for laptop and desktop. Ease of warranty claim my main concern. I live quite far away from post office. No transport vechicle, not even public bus available. Have to walk to a distance to take a bus or use a cab.

Laptop the part need replacement is hdd, currently running 5400rpm. Either getting a SSHD 5400rpm, a 5400rpm hdd or a 7200rpm hdd. Capacity size atleast 500GB and above.

Desktop parts need replacement is hdd currently running 7200rpm. Either getting a SSHD 5400rpm, a 5400rpm hdd, a SSHD 7200rpm or a 7200rpm hdd. Capacity size atleast 500GB and above. Power supply doesnt need much 450w also enough running onboard graphic or at the most get a 7 series graphic card. So suggest me a good power supply repalcement, currently running a acbel power supply. Might need the extra juice when connecting up to 4-5 hdd and external hdd for data access.

The desktop mainboard is old model, I already found 1-2 seller for replacement alternative. Even cpu cooler also need replacement.

Not sure which one better, asus and gigabyte seem to have gigabit port. So choice probably either one. Advice?

The locked os windows xp running on ide compatible mode, either pata or sata hdd also can run. But not ahci mode.

I did think of upgrading to a socket 1156, but 1156 obsolete now. So next option would be 1155 or even 1150(heard can run windows xp too), as long as ide compatible mode is an option in bios.

As for choosing a hdd over a SSD, the OS and software tool locked to boot sector and other sector info. I successfully transfer the os and data over to another a same size or bigger size using a sector by sector cloning before. Normal cloning doesnt work. SSD need 4k alignment so I have to give up on SSD, unless SSD can run without 4k alignment.

Think he might have the same problem as me, nobody provide a perfect solution to cloning sector by sector and 4k alignment.

Also need a ups as backup in cases of power failure or power trip.

Laptop locked windows xp running in ahci mode, while desktop locked windows xp running in ide compatible mode.

I didnt think thoroughly when I bought the desktop and laptop, I probably could have gotten a 1156 or 1155 desktop and a better laptop, Its random purchase on impulse.

The replacements parts could prolong the usage until I figure out how to run the locked windows xp and data in virtual mode in newer desktop or laptop I'm going to purchase in future.
