i been drinking at least one alcohol drink for one month everyday
currently 5 days sober but i feel dependent to alcohol
keep having the urge to pour myself a glass of wine or whisky

a great discovery is i done the same thing with weed during my younger time
i been smoking for few months and i stop when i change job
i do not have that kind of dependent feeling like alcohol

i think alcohol is really bad and addictive
