Engagement?

My bf just proposed to me a few months ago, but he intends to have our ROM end of next year and tea ceremony + dinner end of 2012... -.-

If this is the case, I dont feel any difference between engaged or not. Feeling a little bit disappointed when other ppl ask me when's the wedding and i said 2 years from now, then i saw their expression like 'oohhh' but I am pretty sure i'll give the same reaction too.

What do you girls think?

Wedding reception in Ipoh

Though my wedding is not going to be anytime early next year, but in Ipoh, it's best to book the restaurant at least 1 year in advance. Especially the good ones. Need opinion on which is the best restaurant and also worried that the ang pow money cannot cover since everybody has the perception that angpow money in Ipoh is much lower than KL rate.

I have a few potions here:

1. Restoran Public (Pusing) - best food but super super lousy ambiance (very china style)
2. Restoran Oversees (New branch) - brand new building but RM800++ per table
3. Restaurant Indulgence - fine dining sytle approx RM900 per table but the elders might not like it since it's a
3-course meal (my dream wedding dinner though)
Hair relaxer

I was kinda interested to go for hair relaxing but not too sure about the after effect. Some said that hair relaxer is to relax the hair so that it would not curl around and tame the frizziness. So you'll obtain straight hair in a natural way. However, I am kinda skeptical on the after effect such as how long can it lasts, will it severely damage my hair and look unnatural?

I dont like to straighten my hair as it looks so unnaturally straight. Anyone can share their experience here?

What's the best food for a cat

My cat used to be infected with UTI (urinary tract infection) quite often. After a few series of UTI, and also the big sum of similar cases faced by other cats in her clinic, the vet finally come up with the conclusion that we should avoid feeding our cats (especially the neutered ones) with food such as Friskies, Whiskers and Smart heart. This is because these foods are very high in minerals content (which is meant to attract owners like us) where actually these minerals will accumulate and crystallise in our feline's bladder and causes bladder stone. This will obstruct the proper movement of urination and might even lead to death if treatment was not sought on time. Actually a cat does not need too high mineral content but only in minute amount.

I'm now feeding my cat Iams. He loves it and his stool is less smelly. Trust me on that. He's now a healthy cat and he only needs to visit the vet to get his annual vaccination.
