Office email after resignation

Sometimes i used office email to receive / subscribe for stuff.

After resignation, usually the bosses will keep the email account active and monitor the inbox.

Is there a way to make sure that they dont see any future email.

Im thinking of setting the forward email option i.e. forward and delete upon forwarding but they would have used that option to monitor the email inbox

any thoughts?

WTA Insurance premium increase

My agent just called me up and asked whether I want to top up my insurance coverage. Apparently the premium will increase this coming July as directed by BNM.

Is it true??
