i interested with

1. job
2. properties buy/sell or rent
3.education
4.food / entertainment

or any interesting title web portal

i looking partner , web develop part u guy dun have to wary because i can do it by myself （mostly)

i also prepare 100k for new company , but i knw this not really enough ...

so hope find a partner who interested web portal , and would like to devote capital

3 years ago i was build up one portal,

this portal had great develop , also profitable at started second year

so at the third year, i publish free magazine , got response and feedback from client

but the cost is quite big, other hand my partner also defalcation funds ( soli i seldom check the audit )

so finally i closed the company,.... i probably lose 200k in this business..

my ex-company situation

my cost - 200 k - in charge whole the website share 60 %
partner cost - 0- in charge all diplomacy and marketing share 40 % doh.gif

- photographer
- marketing
- web developer
- editor

the web/magazine process

1.editor ->making one new title

2.marketing -> find business/client to adverting

3.deal, arrange to take photo and interview

at the first and second year really profitable,specially web advertising , because no comparator and fresh for the client.

i dun knw y at the third year got fews and same topic web portal pop out. rclxub.gif

soli i can;t announce my ex company name and domain...
