Hi, is there any other usage for hotlink topup pin? i used my points to redeem for postpaid payment but the merchant gave me hotlink topup pin instead. i dont have hotlink prepaid, only using hotlink postpaid.

hi, i wanna ask for the opinion about SPC flooring. is it recommended? what is the normal thickness of SPC should i go? the contractor recommends 3.7mm with underlay 1mm.

myvi radio not working

hi, anyone facing issue with myvi radio cannot turn on? the myvi is year 2011. when i off my car, and turn on the car, the radio either stuck with perodua logo or sometimes it can enter the radio interface with all FM freq showing 0.00 and cannot press anything.

who should i get to check on ceiling leaking?

hi, there is a leakage mark at my ceiling and the management said they cant identify the root-cause of the leakage. who should i get to check on this? the leaking might be internal and hard to see with eyes.

hi, recently bought a subsale condo (developer warranty expired as more than 2 yrs). i dont recall seeing the leaking watermark before i bought the condo but after getting the key from previous owner, i saw there is a leakage watermark at the ceiling. the watermark is at kitchen area, not toilet. made a report to management 3 months ago and today management told me they cant see any defect from unit above using eye inspection (of course, leaking should be inside the wall, how to see check using eye only). then the management told me to paint the watermark area and wait for another 2 weeks. if still leaking then it is leaking, if it is not, then the leaking stops.

i argue with management, if nothing has been done, how can the leaking stops by itself? this is not a permanent solution.

is there any way to trace the cause of leaking? previously i see, the watermark is wet. but recently, the watermark dried up. i cant check every day because it is bare unit and i dont live in yet.
