Casual Group Dinner for 20

Every year I come to KL with my wife from Canada to visit for CNY as her family is mostly there and relatives come back to gather.
I bring out the nieces/nephews and their significant other to an annual dinner.
Looking for something casual (not Chinese as we will be eating a lot of Chinese food during CNY). Maybe something western or Japanese and it's for approximately 20 people so hopefully can join tables or at least get everyone I'm the same area. Nothing expensive like fine dining as it's just a fun casual get together.
We live in Cheras but can travel to town or wherever as long as it's not super far.
It's hard to find places that will accommodate such a large group so was wondering if any of you had suggestions.

Withdraw from offer to purchase for pre-sale condo

Hello,

I was recently back in KL during CNY and was looking at various pre-sale condo's for own stay. I currently live overseas but am planning to move back in the next 3-4 years.
Once I got back to the country where I live I discussed with my wife and made an offer to purchase.
The developer mailed the SPA and documents over for us to sign and we mailed it back a few weeks ago.
However, COVID-19 hit!

People are losing jobs, companies are shutting down, and the economy is in rough shape.
It's going to take a long time for things to recover.
Even though there's a lot who are trying their best and locking down and social distancing there are a lot who do not follow the rules.
We don't know when this pandemic will end but the economic impact will be huge as it affects all countries globally.
In light of this, I am thinking of withdrawing my offer however the problem is we have already signed the SPA and mailed it to the developer lawyer but it is stuck at the post office in Malaysia because everyone is in lockdown and it requires a signature in order for it to be recevied (but there is no one in the offices to receive it).
It has been stuck there since March 23.
Normally what happens is that both parties are there in person so it gets finalized right then and there, however because I am overseas at the moment there is a big delay between the time both parties sign the SPA.
The contact technically isn't finalized because the developer has not signed it since they have not received it.
My only worry is that they will use it against me and say because I signed it I already agreed to it so I can't back out.

Will they be able to enforce the contract even though it hasn't yet been signed by both parties?
Could they just sign it when they eventually receive it and say that it is already complete?
Is there any "cooling" off period where I am legally able to back out if in the case they say the contract is complete?

I want to get as much info as I can before I talk to them.
I wouldn't want them to pressure me and telling me I have no choice before I have real information.

30+ Group Retreat Ideas

I'm trying to organize a family group retreat for a family reunion for next Chinese New year 2020.
There's 6-7 families with ranges of 4-7 people per family.
We have about 30-36 people total. The "children" are all in University or already graduated.
They all live in KL so I was thinking of somewhere with a lot of nature.
We've been to a resort in Tanjun Malim which had individual mini houses a flowing river with hot spring a few years ago but want to look for somewhere new.

It's difficult getting everyone together so it may only be a 1 or 2 day retreat. Don't want it to be too far from KL but a 2hr drive will be ok.

Really having a hard time looking for a place that accommodates such a large group and was hoping for suggestions.

Looking to have activities there as well if possible.

Suggestions are greatly appreciated.
