Water leak inside Honda HR-V Interior

I just discovered that my HR-V is damped with water at the rear backseat floor area. I have no idea if it was due to external rain or an internal leak from the air-con. Went to a mechanic near my house just now but he says it wasn't from the air-con. suggested me to go to a body paint shop but they're all closed due to MCO. I have been trying to remove the water using a towel and tissue paper rolls but it still really wet and damp and there still seems to be so much water trapped beneath the carpet.

seems like the water has been there for a few days or possibly even a week cause i see some molds growing (black spots) on the car's ceiling. My car was parked in a half-covered hence the back half of my car is still exposed to rain. I cant find any signs of leaking but my floor is all wet and damp.

i'm currently using tissues and a towel to soak the water up but it's kinda exhausting. Any idea what i an do to prevent further damage to the car before MCO is lifted or if i can find someone to fix it?
