Boss advice me to work hard

Boss say no doubt I am a star employee in my team and company.
But i have few problem.

- No teamwork. Go home on time and no work on saturday/sunday unlike other who work overtime to rush project.
- The work which I don't like I won't do, the work i like to do i will complete very good.

Boss say you this kind of attitude cannot, think about you need to feed your family (pay house loan/car loan) bla bla bla.
Talk an hour with me. Then tell me he can increase my salary, but need me work overtime and don't be choosy.

At the end i just humble tell him, i work for my interest, not money.

Actually I don't need to repay loan because my parents already bought a house and car for me in klang valley.
Also, my parents always like to give me money even if i don't want to.
They tell me work so hard for wat, not like our family no money give you.

Me and my cousin (father side) know and play with each other since young.
We have been together as couple for few years but we do not tell others.
Family member and friends just think we are "close to each other" since we are cousin and have been like that since childhood.

Recently we think of our future (aka marriage).
Will it be accepted by our relatives???? (i think friends should be no problem but maybe family especially uncle auntie will kao bei kao bu)

Close friend broke up with her gf few months ago.
