Hi dearest all !
Yes, I know im kinda greedy buyer as im looking into 4-5 bedroom (1500SF/F and above) condo unit (the best is 2000SF/F and above) for lesser than 700k. And Property shall be not that old (10 yrs max) or constructed by this year, location of course prefer in KL, but Selangor will do too, as long as don't take more than 30 min to city center.
So far I've come across Tasik residency (size and price iz perfect but I can't say that im that impressed) and im going to look at Harmony Residence too (but I know location is not that good). Any other place where I shall look into ?
I know here many property guru who aware what is going on at the market.
