WIFI disruption at Karak Bukit Tinggi

Noticed that otw back KL at Karak highway, the one straight steep uphill road, your left is the bukit tinggi town, at one point my android auto always disconnects. It's always the same spot.

Since android auto runs on wifi possible someone installed a wifi jammer?

Metallic Epoxy Flooring DIY

Hi, I planning diy metallic epoxy my back wet kitchen floor

Right now is cement render only. Can someone suggest a proper brand for the epoxy and flakes?

My understanding is I need close all small holes if any, then apply primer using roller brush

Then once dry, mix hardener with flakes and epoxy then pour and mix using water scraper for it to be smooth, need a lot to let it self leveling

So I need clear coat? Anyone done before can advice? Thanks

Awning Best Specification

Hi need some advice from those who are more knowledgeable in this

I want to install an awning but i scared get potong/given cap ayam low quality material end up leak easily. I did do some research, my target awning board is mostly ACP or PU Metal Deck. The beam and column I will most likely use stainless steel to avoid yearly repainting.

I need advice on following in terms of no leak

Acp or pu metal deck better for long lasting no leak?
The acp must be how many mm thick for high quality?
The spacing between the beam mu's rbe how short to prevent bending of the acp in future?
The joint between acp panels how to joint properly? I saw YouTube got several methods, some got a joint panel some just silicon, then aluminium tape
The screws used should be how?

For pu metal deck, I read mud have bottom side metal also to prevent the foam peel off. Other than that any comment/recommendations?

Palm oil tree branch enter my house compound/borde

Need help and advice

My house is a residential land semi d and beside it is an palm oil estate agriculture land.

Issue now is the palm oil tree was planted only 1m away from my brickwall fencing. The trees became big and now the leaves easily touch my house wall making it green. It's always dropping its leaves and causing my wall to turn green. Monkeys also always jump to my balcony through the branches.

I have talked the neighbour, at first he ask me not to report to majlis we just discuss, when I ask him to cut since it's his tree and he's making money from the oil palm, he refuse and ask me to cut myself. So negotiation failed.

So I went and bought a pole with saw attachment and cut his branch that enter my property line. Thing is when the branch is cut, it will raise up a bit due to decrease weight and change in centre of gravity, end up make it like I cut beyond the property line.

So he comes again and complain ask me to cut inside a bit so that when it jumps up it's just nicely on the property line. This I is feel too much, he's earning money while I have to spend energy and money to trim his branches. When I ask him to cut, he say he doesn't have a long pole, I say I borrow him my pole, he refuses to cut also, when I tell him he want perfect I hire professional to cut but he pay, he say is I'm unreasonable and start cursing. End up I refuse to care and talk to him anymore.

So the diplomacy way failed. I have searched around there's no conclusive law on setback distance, but only say I can cut branches that enter my border.

I'm also afraid later when the palm oil tree goes too tall the leaves will touch my roof tiles and monkey will jump on my roof and remove my roof tiles.

Can I know since it's an agriculture land and he's a commercial,

is there a law that have minimum setback for trees to be planted?

Should I report majlis?

Need help recommend Gooding air fryer, prefer big capacity but is the sliding type, not the top open halogen type

I used to have mmx air fryer that is similar to first gen Philips one used for 7 years then give to my sister when I move house.

I buy oven with convection but somehow it just not as crunchy as air fryer when I airfry sfuffs

So pls recommend, shopee got a lot but I dunno good or not, nowadays many fake Panasonic and Philips in shopee, then got glass air fryer dunno the glass will break or not lol

Hi, I have a 3 Storey house, my fibre modem is at the ground floor and my master room is at the 3rd floor (up the stairs twice). It's about 6m up and 9m diagonally to my room.

I'm using a Tenda Ac18 and it can reach my room at 2.4ghz about 2-3 bars but not very stable.

Any suggestion for a good range wifi router? I'm thinking of tenda Ac23 but maybe here got any better suggestion? Price preferable reasonable la about ~~200+ huhu~~ 500 max

I got read around and some mentioned tplink ax73?

There's also asus tuf ax5400 then change region to Australia?

Both about 400-500 range. Which is better or any other alternative?

Recently I buy one fake grass at shopee, very cheap 1m x 1m about RM16, say got 4x UV la, premium la, and many buyers and review, when reach first thing when I open the packaging already got many black rubber dust. I thought OK maybe it's just this one time, so I lay on my porch floor, then few days later more dust, then even worse, the grass starts to come out, as the fake grass is infront my door, it starts sticking to my feet and enter the house, my wife have to sweep the porch every few days. After 3 weeks, even got bald patches on the grass, then I throw it away.

So wanna ask anyone can intro good heavy duty artifical grass? Better with thick rubber below it

So far I tried many and best I feel is Portuguese chicken chop at little seven wonders kitchen at Kajang.
