4Flex Coil Spring & Absorber for Myvi Icon

Good day, ppl..

im looking for some feedbacks from those who have experienced these 4Flex springs and its short stroke absorber setup. My current setup is the Eibach Pro-Kit + KYB Excel-G which is very very uncomfortable and bumpy. I know i shouldn't have paired sport springs with OEM absorber, but thats what i got for now. and the Eibach springs.. 2 jari front and 3(1/2) jari at the back.. buruk..

i see the 4Flex spring lowers the car even better, not much difference in terms of height on the front and back, some says 2 jari depan and 2(1/2) belakang. Now im thinking of getting both Green Colored coil springs and absorbers from 4Flex. what do you guys think?

anyone has experience with the green 4Flex product? mind sharing some feedbacks here?

Thanks!

Myvi Icon 1.5 AT gear issue

good day sifus..

lately i noticed that my myvi revs a little high on highway. im talking 120km/h at almost 4000rpm. it feels unusual because normally the car can go that speed below 3000rpm (cruising). so it got me thinking, is the gear stuck at 3rd gear? i’ve been taking care of this car for 7 years since it was new so i guarantee can notice if there is any difference in driving experience.

the car itself does not jerk on every change of gear, very smooth on low speed. AT light on speedometer also not turning on. the only issue was the car roars on highway. 120km/h at 4000rpm is kinda weird..

current mileage: 162K
last ATF oil change: 140K
last ATF filter change: 110K

what do you guys think? any thought on this? 🤔

KYB RS Ultra vs Original absorber (height)

hello geng,
i just bought new spring for my car. its the eibach pro-kit, the red colored ones. i been thinking of changing the absorber as well since the factory one is already quite worn out.

the question is, does absorber can affect the height of the car? i mean by little cuz i know its the spring that is mainly decide the car’s height. cuz from what i see is the shaft of KYB RS Ultra absorber is significantly longer than the original absorber. so im curious 🤔

will the longer absorber shaft affect my car’s height by little?

really appreciate ur replies. thank you very much

hello sifus out there. newbie here.

want to ask, is it possible for Myvi 1.5 to use Alza brake rotor and caliper? i mean changing the front n rear for bigger size cuz Alza one seems bigger for the rotor n rear brake drum.

im not looking for performance improvements, pun. just admiring bigger brakes as im using Alza rim on that Myvi as well. there are free spaces inside the rim cuz Myvi one is smaller compare to Alza which i dont like

Hi, asking sifus out there

I know that my dashboard only fits 4 inch speaker, which sucks, but i was wondering if i could install 5 1/2 inch speaker there, with some drilling jobs. but i still want to use that OEM speaker cover la as i dont want the speaker to be exposed.

do you guys think its possible?

thanks
