Persona (M) Gearbox

Hello,

Just want to check with any persona (M) transmission users out there.
I just bought a manual transmission persona (still one month old)
The problem that i'm facing with it is that its so bloody hard to engage to 1st and 2nd gears during morning runs (when the car is still cold) after normal driving for about half an hour (when the car is warmed up) the gear shifts especially between 1st and 2nd becomes just fine.

I've NEVER faced this problem with any manual transmission cars before...
Please advise

Too much engine oil in my engine

I just serviced my car recently. To my suprise when the mechanic changed the black oil he just emptied the whole bottle of new engine oil in the engine. Now each time i check the dip stick the oil level is way above the max level. By the way, i'm now using Mobil semi-synthetic 10-40W for my 1.3 Satria.

Is it okie if the level of black oil is higher than the max level on the dip stick or should I take out some oil.

Please help

Need some help here....I am planning to change my Satria headlights to MICHIBA 8000K Cystal Blue H4 12v 60/55W Halogen Bulb....do I need to change the wiring and relays as well....hope someone can help me out here...thanks
