We can see that many of lowcost flats in Kota Damansara, which known as Gugusan (Mawar, Seroja, Melati etc.) selling at affordable price which is mostly is under RM200k.

Which Gugusan flats area you think is the best choice to purchase? for investment and/or own stay? in terms of living condition, parking (since it's open parking) and environment??

Is it worth it to buy this Gugusan flats?

PROTON WAJA IN 2019

#WTA i planned to get a secondhand Proton Waja because it's so cheap right now. only RM10k so i guess with it's performance compare to it's price, it'll be a good car for a fresh grad like me.

The only thing I am worried is does Waja still Wajar dibeli for 2019? With the power windows issues and gearbox will it be a nuisance and hassle. I'm afraid I will need to fork more money and time consuming for repair later. what are the advises when choosing used WAja?
