The futsal group I play with is quite short on numbers tonight (Monday, 26 October 2023). Key Details:

Price: RM30/pax (irrespective of how many turn up)
Time: 8pm-10pm
Location: Seksyen 19, Petaling Jaya (I'll message you the exact location when you reach out by message!)
Duration of Games: 6 mins
Players: Target (and max) is 14 total. We play 5v5 at a time. 4 go off, 4 go on ("fatigue" system - go off if you want a break or if you're tired!)
We currently have 8 players - looking for 6 more!
Level: Average: everyone generally knows how to play - no real superstars, and no real liabilities either. More of a casual kickabout than something serious.
No studs. Flat soles only.

Other general game rules:

Everyone takes turn being goalkeeper (generally, you'll keep 2-4 times in the entire 2 hour session)
Don't keep for back to back sessions (unless you want to)
After each session, if not enough people have gone off, consider going off if you've been on for at least 2 consecutive 6 min games
Back passes can be picked up by the keeper
Kick-ins (instead of throw-ins)
These are prepaid sessions so the game will still go ahead if we fail to hit 14. If we fail to hit 10, we may consider some "Plan B" football-related games (half court games, red ass)

TLDR/Summarised Version: I would like a set of the latest rules relating to the latest MCO in English, as I can't understand Malay. I ordinarily live in Glenmarie with my wife, but my mum lives in Cheras, which also happens to be my IC address. I want to visit my mother and be able to return to Glenmarie, and would like to know whether I can do so with the current rules.

Longer version:
I am seeking some help here. I am a Malaysian but I can barely comprehend Malay (I have never studied in Malaysia - kinda my first time living here, in fact ), except basic stuff like saya mau, boleh, tak boleh, satu through to sepuluh, thus why I'm not able to interpret this information myself from official government sources.

I'm married to a Malaysian, and I'm living in Glenmarie. My IC address is in Cheras. My wife's is SS2 Petaling Jaya. My mum lives in Cheras, and I'd like to visit my mum, while having the ability to return "home" to Glenmarie (doesn't match her IC address either). We have a marriage certificate, if that helps..?

Surprisingly, Klook has a pretty detailed page of information. But it doesn't list any reason that might "help" me. My wife knows Malay - so she's helped me look up some info but I don't fully trust her Malay (LOL - don't tell her!) and she doesn't seem to think I'm able to travel home.

My reason for travel: My mum is 67, lives alone, barely knows how to use a smartphone, so I've been helping her order Foodpanda/Grab on an almost daily basis for over a year. You could say my reason for travel is a combination of emotional support, care, and just to visit my mum, I guess. I haven't seen her in months, despite her "only" being a 30 minute drive away from where I ordinarily reside. She's healthy, and we have relatives that live nearby, but having relatives support is not the same as that of your own children.

My only hope, I think, is something on this Lowyat post. There is a part that says:

Dermatologist Recommenations for Hair Loss?

TLDR: Recommended Dermatologists specialising in Hair Loss in Subang/Cheras/PJ/KL area? Want to regrow (not just maintain) Hair is a bit worse than a 2 on the Norwood Scale.

Long version as follows....

I've been experiencing hair loss for a number of years now. I first probably started receiving comments on my hair (looking a bit thin) about 8-9 years ago. I feel like my hair is probably on its "last legs", and I'd like to do something to try and "save it", if I can. I'm 30.

Let me get one thing out of the way first - I do not want to go bald yet, so please don't suggest doing that. I am open to it, but I want to try and rescue it while I can!

Anyway, I got inspired by this comment. So I thought I'd see if anyone knows of any good dermatologist specialising in hair loss in or around Subang/PJ/Cheras/KL? I am open to other ideas, but I've tried quite a variety of treatments already! If you could also let me know how much it should cost me, that would be appreciated!

From searching here, I can see that Dr Shah Hair Clinic has been mentioned several times by the same user (Raikkonen) that it's actually a bit suspicious. Why is he/she promoting that clinic so much? Other than that - Dr Ranjit in SS15 and Wong Skin Dermatologist I saw mentioned - but all the topics are at least 2-3 years old, so just wanted to see if there were any updates.

Btw, happy to consider/accept more Chinesey treatments and/or Chinese speaking places.
