IT Service Desk Analyst (Preferred candidates that can do Mandarin and English Speaking)

Role:
• Provide 1st level technical support to IT customers on network, hardware and software issues
• Address customers technical issues via email, phone or remotely
• Create service tickets in the Service Management System & use the appropriate escalation channels to escalate pending issues

Requirements:
• Education background: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree for Computer or IT or any related field
• Language requirement: English and Mandarin (excellent communication skills)
• Must be Malaysian citizen
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Working Location:
• KL Sentral

Working hours:
• Monday - Friday
• 2 day shift: [7.00 a.m to 4.00 p.m] or [9.00 a.m to 6.00 p.m]

Salary and Benefits:
• Basic salary: RM 2500 - RM 3000 (Depending on Working Experience)
• Fixed Transportation allowance: RM 400
• 15% EPF benefits provided

HELP - Vista suddenly goes blue screen

Situation: I've just installing vista (crack) to my system. After several hours of usage, suddenly my vista goes blue screen and appear error - dumping physical memory . At first, i thought that maybe it is because of my ram - not plug in properly and so on. Go and check but its nothing to do with that. Then i read several web saying that it possibly happen due to some new unrecognized software (is that right?) then i've role back my system (using system restore) but it still happen.

Something fishy - Every time i start my vista, the windows defender detected this file:

RFID - Anyone fimiliar with this?

Im a final year student Bachelor in Business IT trying to find out as much that i could regarding the RFID (radio frequency identification). Im doing a research on the effectiveness of RFID to the business in Malaysia. Anybody familiar or who are into the business that use RFID as one of the medium that being use in the business operation? Or maybe one of us know any of the company in Malaysia that has been implement RFID in their business? Im hoping to get this information and will be documented as part of my thesis paper.
