Internet Sharing

My place has no wifi since it's new taman and even streamyx doesn't go there yet, so I will have to make do by sharing my internet with my shop. So there is 2 methods that I think can use...

1) Use a really good wifi router and then a really good wifi receiver to get internet, but this means that I can only connect my computer... so my phone can't connect to wifi

2) To use mobile data and watch my bill go up up up

Any good ideas and how to implement to share I heard of wifi bridging but how to do? What kind of set up that I would need to prepare?

I got into a discussion with a friend of mine regarding estate distribution after death without a will and of course we searched online about it but couldn't agree on the part of distribution.

So take this case from the news we found on facebook.
1) Ah Ma have 5 children
2) One of them dies together with their spouse leaving 2 grandchildren in the care of Ah Ma.
3) Ah Ma dies few years later and left behind her estate of 20,000 cash and 1 piece of land.
4) They get into dispute on how the land should be split as the family think that grandchildren shouldn't inherit but base on law, they have rights to inherit.

5) So, Base on what we read online. When one dies with issue but no spouse. Their issue splits the estate equally between themselves.
A person’s issue (descendants) includes his children and the descendants of his children who died before him.

Question: How is the estate divided?

a) Split into 4 portions, only children get, grandchildren gets nothing
b) Split into 5 portions, the children each get 1, 2 grandchildren gets 1 portion split between each other.
c) Split into 6 Portions, the children each get 1, the 2 grandchildren gets 1 portion each.
d) All 3 answer wrong, Other:
Key Handover for 2nd Hand House

Hello to everyone!

Just recently bought a house 2 months ago but still haven't received the keys yet and I'm set to pay my first installment 1st of September.

From my understanding,
1) Previous owner still have loan when I bought it.
2) Got a loan approved in 2 weeks, and paid to seller bank already. The balance I already paid cash to lawyer. (So I paid all already)
3) Lawyer until now keep saying not yet, cannot get the keys, etc.

Is this normal procedure? Normally from my understanding, once I pay everything, then I should be able to get the keys or at least get the previous owner to vacant the property so at least reduce any more wear and tear.

Thank you everyone! Do let me know if my english no good and I'll try to explain more.
